The Curt hitch you purchased is part # C13272 which is a 2 inch receiver so the pin hole is 5/8 inches. A good standard lock to fit is part # e98880.
With that being said, a lot of bike racks have threaded hitch pins so you can't use just a standard locking pin. The 2018 Lexus RX 350 with the factory tow package wiring prep will have a connection point designed to match the plug on parts # 118252, # 56083 and # HM11141945. In order to install a brake controller in your 2008 Lexus RX 350, you will need to hardwire it in. There isn't a plug-in harness available for your vehicle. The first thing you will need is a 4-Way flat trailer connector, # 18002, unless your Lexus already has one. I have linked a video showing how it installs.
