Question:
What type of converter do I need on a 2012 Lexus RX 350 to make the new tow hitch and trailer wiring I just installed on my 2012 Lexus RX 350. Vin number is 2T2BK1BA3CC151645 can you tell by the vin number if my car has a factory tow package?

The VIN unfortunately is pretty useless to us, though I do wish we could get some use of it. So with that said, we aren't going to be able to tell you if your car has the factory tow package or not.
There is a pretty easy way you can check yourself though. What you'd normally do is just peek underneath your car and see if you can spot a trailer hitch. If you see a hitch there it's a good chance you've got the tow package, but since you just said you installed a hitch there's a good chance it did not originally come with a towing package.
Either way, if you're needing wiring the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118478 will work without the factory tow package and is just an easy plug and play installation.
If you also are wanting to add a hitch or upgrade your current one, the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75676 is a great choice and is custom fit to your vehicle for a relatively pain-free install.
