I have taken a look at the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver item # 75540. This hitch is confirmed to fit your 2022 Lexus RX 350 and it does require some minor trimming of the lower portion of the rear trim. I have linked a couple of pictures and one with included dimensions of the required cut. The receiver is only 2" x 2" so you won't have to make a 3" cut like the instructions say. It sounds like you have the older Thule Vertex or Apex swing bike rack that had the cradles spaced closer together. The Thule Apex Swing XT # TH9027XT is an upgraded version that has an increased spacing of 7" for the cradles. While this does help to make loading bikes easier, if you're trying to load up 4 adult bikes you will still have a bit of a time loading them up.

I do have Thule options for a 2017 Lexus RX 350 with flush rails but the Thule AeroBlade Edge is an old system that we no longer carry the correct fit kits for. Instead, I recommend the Thule WingBar Evo Crossbar part # TH711220, part # TH710601,and part # TH186044 which has the updated design. I know this system doesn't have the flush bar style you were after but they don' stick out much further at all and they allow for more items to be carrier.
