Today we're going to take a look at the Phoenix U.S.A. Polished Stainless Steel Hub Cover Assembly, for the 10 on 280 five millimeter bolt pattern rear wheel, for a quantity of one. Now, this is a single rear-polished stainless steel hub cover assembly, mounts to a 10 lug, 6 1/2" diameter rear hub. It does include everything shown here on the table. The stainless steel hub cover, the mountain bracket, the spinner bolt with the 10 millimeter by 1.25 left hand threads, and a nice set of detailed instructions on how to install it.Now this will help you create a nice finished look to the wheel that's on your vehicle by covering that ugly hub with the stainless steel center cap. The hub cover does attach using this long spinner bolt, and the mounting bracket.
The mounting bracket will mount under the two axle end plate nuts on either a 5 1/4" or a 5 1/2" bolt circle axle end plate. The hub cover is a stainless steel construction, which is very durable and rust proof. Basically, when you go to install this, it does have a nice set of detailed instructions, but basically what you'll do is remove two of the hub axle nuts and lock washers on one side of the hub, and then install this bracket over the two exposed axle studs that you removed them from, and then reinstall the axle nuts and washers, tighten them down to factory torque specs and you have the bracket mounted on the end of your hub.Then what you'll do is take your rear hub cover right here, put it over the bracket and the hub on the vehicle, and then align the attachment hole that's in this cover right here with the hole in the bracket. Once you get it lined up, then you just take the spinner bolt and insert it through the hub cover, and then tighten it into the mounting bracket and tighten it down onto the bracket until it's snug. It snugs the hub cover into place.
Again, this is designed to fit 6 1/2" diameter rear hub, with either a 5 1/4", or 5 1/2" bolt circle axle end plates. This will fit wheel bolt pattern of 10 on 285 millimeters, and the last thing I want to measure for you is the height on this cover and the diameter.The overall height from the very bottom to the very top is going to be right at 9 1/8" tall, and the diameter on this outside to outside is going to be right at 9 1/8" on the diameter.But that should do it for the review on the Phoenix U.S.A. Great quality replacement for my Newmar Diesel Pusher. Identical to the OEM product. The attachment bolt does not have the RV OEM logo. You can get those from the OEM.
