Question:

I have a Freightliner Chassis Motorhome and it came with These axle caps, I found out the hard way that the retaining damage by shop removal bolt/centerpiece is left hand threads on left side. I’m looking for the correct kit to replace it, your listing seem to be confusing due to multiple listings! My Cap Cover is a PH1764. What is the OE kit for LH threads? What is the OE Kit RH threads the repair shop attempting to remove damaged it by trying to remove the normal way. The cap ultimately started to crush and bracket bent before I stopped them

Since your bracket and center bolt piece is damaged, I recommend to use the Phoenix USA Wheel Center Cap - 6-1/2" Axle Diameter part # PXQ2010L which comes with the replacement left hand threaded center bolt and bracket. The OEM replacement part is part # PXPH1764 but that requires you to re-use your existing bolt and bracket which you don't have.

The Phoenix USA Wheel Center Cap part # PXQ2010L is what you need as long as your axle is 6-1/2" which is common for the Freightliner.
