The lights keep flickering. You've checked the bulbs and the plug. Nothing. Turns out it's the ground. You splice in this 4-pole loop, bolt down the dedicated ground wire, and the lights come on like they should. Problem solved.
This 4-pole loop features an exterior ground wire on the vehicle side, helping resolve common grounding issues before they reach your trailer. The 32-inch length gives you plenty of slack for splicing into your vehicles wiring, and the included wire taps make installation simple.

Hi everyone. Steven here with etrailer.com. Thanks for joining me today while we take a look together at our Tow Smart four pole loop with exterior ground. 32 inches long. That's right folks. So again, we have a four pole extension here, 32 inches long.
And again, it has an exterior ground on it just to give you a better grounding and everything when it's in use. Now, obviously you couldn't technically connect these two together, but obviously you're not gonna use it that way, but that kind of shows you that this will match up with the opposite one. Giving you, again, 32 inches of extension to be able to make those connections and not put your old harness maybe in a bind or something like that. So this can be used on a lot of different applications. Again, as an extension, maybe you've got a cargo carrier or some kind of, you know, extension out the back of your vehicle that you're towing with.
Maybe a bike rack or something with lights. Those kind of things. Who knows This extension could be just what you need to get you out that far and give you those safety lights where they are needed. Well, folks, that is gonna wrap it up for our look together. I'm Steven.
Thanks for watching.
