The product was exactly as described. This is my third experience with etrailer, and have been pleased every time.
Quality product, works great and shipped fast.
My winch control is mounted down low and a bit of a pain to connect to. This extension solved that issue.

Its been a year of owning this product, I have had to use the winch a few times since then and it has not let me down, nor has it seemed to have any deterioration in that time. Would buy again
