Heavy trailers and full beds push your suspension to its limit. This 7,500 lb air helper spring kit helps restore ride height, reduce sag and sway, and keep your truck more controlled when fully loaded.
Each Alpha XD PRO air spring includes an internal jounce bumper that acts like a secondary support during suspension compression. This allows the system to run at 0 psi when unloaded without leaving the bags unprotected, while added air pressure under load helps level the truck and control suspension movement for more consistent handling.

Hi, everybody, Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look together at this Pacbrake Alpha XD Pro Air Helper Spring Kit with Stainless Steel Hardware. Now, this rear axle Air Helper Spring Kit is designed to fit your 2007 to 2009 Dodge Sprinter 3500, then your 2010 and newer Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500. On custom-fit parts such as this kit, I do recommend taking advantage of our Vehicle Fit Guide here at etrailer. Just input the year, make, and model of your vehicle, and our Fit Guide will confirm if this will work for you, or if we have something comparable that will work for you. Now, this kit does use the Alpha XD Pro Air Springs, which are rated to handle up to 7,500 pounds of load-leveling support.
So, when you hook up your trailer or you load your Sprinter down, these air springs can inflate to help reduce rear sag, helping your van to sit more level. Now, this is gonna make a big difference in how your Sprinter feels and drives. Steering is going to be more controlled, braking is going to be more predictable, and your headlights are going to stay aimed where they should be instead of pointing up to the sky when you have that heavier load. Now, one standout feature is going to be the internal jounce bumpers, which are built into every air spring. On your screen, I do have kind of a cutaway there showing you that jounce spring inside of the airbag, or jounce bumpers, rather.
These bumpers are gonna act like built-in bump stops, so when the truck is unloaded, you can actually run the system to zero PSI. That means that you're still gonna get a near-factory ride when you're not hauling anything, while those internal jounce bumpers are gonna protect the air springs and soften the harsh impacts if you hit a pothole or a dip in the road. Now, durability is another big focus. This kit uses braided stainless steel airlines, as you see right here, stainless steel fittings. And I do have things kind of loosely put together here with the brackets and the hardware, so I just kinda wanted to give you a feel of what the parts are gonna look like when you put them together and install them on your Sprinter.
You're gonna have stainless steel roll plates, stainless steel Schrader inflation valves. And that stainless steel material, as you know, is gonna do a great job of resisting corrosion, it's gonna help prevent leaks over time, and this is gonna be a good long-term solution even in those harsher weather environments or harsh road conditions. So, everything that you need comes in the box for a clean, bolt-on installation. Again, using vehicle-specific brackets for your Sprinter 3500. And then you're also going to, of course, get these two Alpha XD Pro Air Springs, and then six feet, so six foot here and six foot here, of braided stainless steel airlines, and then they're going to tie into the nylon airlines with the included fittings.
Now, again, you're gonna get the stainless steel mounting hardware, the stainless steel roll plates, and then the stainless steel Schrader inflation valves, nylon tie straps, and then instructions to guide you through the installation process. Now, I do wanna let you know that this kit does include extra hardware in order to accommodate many other kits, so there will be extra hardware left over after the installation. You can inflate the air springs manually using the included valves, or you can connect them to an onboard air system or remote compressor if you want to adjust the air pressure from the cab or while you're parked at the campsite, so we do have those compressor options available here at etrailer as well. But again, you're gonna get everything that you see here. Now, if you happen to have any other questions, whether it's about this kit or anything else that we have here at etrailer, don't hesitate to reach out. We do wanna make sure that you get exactly what you need. Well, again, my name is Andy, thank you for joining me.

Nice! Glad we could help, Bob! I've seen a few people that did those Titan conversions and they can turn out pretty wicked! What's the first trip you have planned?
