hidden hitch makes a nice hitch,have had four of them and all stood up great with my vehicles.this hitch is for our pacifica which i will pull my fishing boat with or our little motorcycle camper in bad weather(we don't mind rain when camping).have not installed yet, just to cold in my garage but will get the heater going some weekend soon...John
This is the second hitch I ordered from etrailer.com and as before the hitch is great quality sold at a good price. etrailer.com excells at support online with top-quality, application specific installation videos and instructions. I also really appreciate the email contact throughout the entire ordering and shipping process-- I know just where everything stands. The only negative was that the box the hitch arrived in was busted up so the frame mounting ends of the hitch were sticking out. These had gotten banged up and the powder-coat had chipped off in several spots. Nothing a minute with a rattle-can of paint couldn't take of, but it's a shame that the top-quality anti-rust coating Hidden Hitch uses was compromised. The first hitch I odered was just fine, but it was shaped a bit different, and perhaps the box it was in was handeled better by UPS. etrailer remains my "go to" place for everything I need for towing/trailer parts.

Extremely pleased with service. Surprised how quickly you got it to me. Ordered Monday and got it Wednesday. Thought I would already have it installed except ran into a problem with a bolt on the car. Will let you know how the installation goes when complete.
Hidden hitch was exactly as I had expected and was easy to install. Took me an hour to hour and half to mount the hitch and wiring.
The Receiver was exactly like the video showed. No problems installing. I could tell while installing that there was a lot of thought and engineering that went into developing this receiver. It arrived in about half the time it was suppose to. Everything was there. The cost was great!! I would recommend to anyone at anytime. Great experience!!
The instructions and video over simplified the removal of the exhaust hanger, and the instruction sheet was not clear on where the different types of flat washers were to go. Would it be possible to add one more sheet of paper so that blown up views of the assembly could be shown? 1 extra sheet of paper would equal a whole lot less frustration. The video is good but not all of us have handy internet connections in our garages! Install time with the rework due to unclear directions 1 hr 45 min. The product itself seems great!

This item installed exactly are instructed. However what made this product rate as excellent is the installation video. As I was under my vehicle with my ipad doing the install I was greatfull for the video. Also the little spring wire tool is a god send. I am telling all my truck buddies about ETrailer.com. I would send a photo but it looks exactly like the photos already on the site. A PERFECT FIT.

Grab a six pack!!Get a lot of beer and about 4 hours time. I didn't have a lift so take that into consideration... But you half to remove the muffler first - just remove the two bolts. Second issue, is the hitch itself is very bulky to handle under the car. Fishing the bolts through is not hard but difficult at times. The attachments are almost all bolts and flat washers...like I said "Beer"!! End product is awesome and everything came like promised - service is excellent. Thank you eTrailer!!
etrailer.com is a very valuable service and if it isn't already, I'm sure it will become a wildly successful company. They have everything you could possibly need in the way of towing etc., their prices are literally hundreds below my local hitch store, shipping is fast and cheap, great installation videos, the people are friendly on the phone and make sure your needs are taken care of. I'm not that mechanically inclined when it comes to vehicles and when I called around to get quotes for a hitch the cheapest was $425 for parts and labor. Then I came across etrailer.com. They made me feel confident I could do this myself for a fraction of the cost. Cheaper price for the parts too. The video online was spot on and took me step by step to putting my hitch on and it was SO AMAZINGLY EASY!!! The video doesn't miss a thing. My new hitch looks and works great and is very well crafted. etrailer.com is a top notch company. Already recommended it to my whole family!
The videos on the etrailer.com web site were instrumental, though I had to watch them several times as the video progressed from step to step quickly. I worked on my back with the rear of the car elevated on metal ramps. While I supported the exhaust pipes, they did not fall as warned on the video. In fact, the free hanging mufflers did not drop enough to slide the hitch into place on the frame. I had to hand pull one muffler down so the hitch would slide over it. I had my wife assist with positioning the hitch into position, but everything else I did myself. When moving the hitch into position on the frame, I put a nut on one of the half-inch bolts so that it did not get knocked into the frame while I focused on the other side. In the end it came out perfect. I'm very happy with the result and with the satisfaction of doing the installation myself.

Very easy installation, everything I needed was in the kit. I watched the installation video before I got started and I have to say I was a bit sceptical about the fish wire. I was pleasantly surpirised, it worked perfectly. I took my I-pad out to the car and did the installation step by step with the video. The video was very descriptive and the installation went smoothly. The hardest part was removing the muffler isolators. I used the wiring harness video for installation of the wiring and again used the I-pad to go step by step with the video. Great product, it looks very well built. I don't expect to have any problems with it.

Very pleased with the quality of the hitch and the ease of installing it. I do recommend watching the online video on the correct hitch first. There was a burr on the inside edge of the receiver that I needed to file off before the luggage rack would slide in, other than that, I am very pleased with my purchase.

After a year it still working great!
Absolutely the fastest shipping ever and the part fit great. If possible, I would recommend better shipping part protection, this hitch did get banged around resulting in chipped paint.

We have made several trips pulling a trailer and the hitch is performing well, no problems at all. Some clips for stowing the light pigtail would be nice, keep it from being inadvertently left to drag on the road.
