Expand your field of vision and reduce blind spots with these easy-to-install, slip-on towing mirrors. By attaching these mirrors to your factory side-view mirrors, you'll be able to see past the end of your trailer so you can safely change lanes, pass other motorists, and park. The housing of each slide-on mirror is constructed of durable ABS plastic, as are the included components.
This set fits factory mirrors like those pictured above.
These towing mirrors are designed to seamlessly fit the contours of your factory side-view mirrors. Each one includes felt padding inside the housing that protects the factory mirror body from scratches and scuffs. Installation is a snap - just slide the towing mirror over your OEM mirror and insert the provided arm and hand knob through the back of the mirror housing. Then hook the arm around the inside edge of your OEM mirror. Finally, tighten the hand knob to secure the towing mirror in place.

Tool-free installation.I haven't had them on the road yet, but the fit looks fair at best. I just hope I have some warning should they decide to try to fall off.

Fast service, quick and easy installation plus they look and work great!

These mirrors are very sloppy fit, it was confirmed to fit my 2003 gmc sierra 1500 stock truck, but I wll have to cut up an old inter tube and insert into these custom towing mirrors, so they do not shake and vibrate. 100 dollars is way over priced.

The CTM2500 Fit my 2000 Ford E250 van power factory mirrors very nicely. They mounted easily and with the single screw knob clamped up tight. They also folded-in with the factory mirrors. I have not had the opportunity to "use" the mirrors while towing yet. The CTM2500 mirrors look real good mounted on my van (see photos).

These mirrors seem to be well-made and are advertised as fitting all Ford vans from 1997 - 2002. I own a 1999 E350, and while the mirrors slide over the existing mirrors, they do not quite match the external shape of my mirrors - which are the stock factory mirrors . My mirrors are also a bit wider than these mirrors were designed for, so the hole for the attaching clamp does not extend far enough to the inside for the provided attachment clamp to fit through it. I was able to fabricate a clamp using a large picture hangar hook, a 3.5 inch 10-32 bolt, an aluminum sleeve cut at 45 degrees, a couple of washers and a nut, so I will be able to use the mirrors, but it has taken a bit of doing. Can't really find anything else other than complete factory mirror replacement, so for me, they should do the job.

These mirrors did a pretty good job for my truck. They have a flame design on the front of the housing that I'm not wild about but I don't see them when I drive so...what the heck. The housing doesn't interfere with the factory mirrors view or function. The smaller outside mirrors are a little small and it takes a while to find just the right place to set them. I will say that once they are set they have remained in place and don't require continuous adjusting. There is slight, and I mean slight, wiggle in the mirror but no vibration or distortion even at highway speeds. Overall, I'm satisfied with the performance of these pretty affordable alternatives.

Ordered a set of mirrors for my 2013 Chevrolet truck. They were delivered on time and had a chance to use them this weekend towing my camper. They worked very well and I would recommend them to anyone that needed a set of towing mirrors. They did fit my existing mirrors as describe and they did not shake going down the road.

Easy to install, quick on/off, secure attachment,no problems at highway speed, no interference with stock mirrors, and greatly improves rear view both on the highway, and at the ramp. If your tow vehicle doesn't have extendible mirrors, this is your solution.

I had some trouble installing the mirror extensions on my 2012 Chevy Tahoe. As you can see in the photo below, the J-hook with the flat disc is not long enough to reach the adapter. It measures 3 inches from the large hole in the shell to the inside of the OEM mirror. Since the J-hook is only 3 inches long, there is no way to attach the knob to it. All the other applications seem to place the large hole in the shell much closer to the edge of the mirror. The shell does fit very nicely to the OEM mirror with no gaps. I solved the problem by using 'ball bungees' in place of the J-hooks. These are used to attach tarps to metal frames, awnings, etc. I used three ball bungee's (2 on top and 1 on the bottom). I think these work much better. The extension mirror is tight against the factory mirror and the bungees hold it there without scratching the paint. I like this set-up much better so I won't need the KLV 4010 kit. You might consider a re-design. I didn't like the threaded J-hooks. It was very hard to screw on the knobs the first time without cross-threading them and I suspect they are prone to breakage. If someone bumps in to the mirrors in the parking lot, the bungees just stretch and nothing breaks. Probably a lot cheaper too.

Mirror extensions were advertised as direct fit for my vehicle but the included hardware did not. Directions were unclear and the installation video wasn’t for my vehicle
Review from a similar The Original in Towing Mirrors
This extension does a great job of seeing around the camper as we travel and as I back it up into a space. The only issue with this mirror is it's a very tight fit which makes it difficult to attach and remove from the truck mirror.

Goes on easily and stays on ,no shaking like you get with cheaper trailer mirrors that are held on with rubber straps.

I just wrestled the mirror extensions on.
I'm a bit concerned about the 'keeper' screw, it has quite a bit of tension on it. How long am I covered if it breaks? Is it easily available if it does?
I'm also not thrilled about the lower edge, it juts down 3/4" past the actual mirror housing. The padding on the bottom of the extensions isn't touching anything, it's about 7/16" - 1/2" from the mirror housing.
Please take a look at the pics attached, maybe I have them on wrong...

This will be getting a 3/5 from me. Fitment is good, no issues slipping them onto my original mirrors. They do vibrate a lot though. When driving, really can't focus on them. But overall they will do.

London and I Thank You for this Fine product! While towing London's Trailer; it helps me keep him safe! We Ride in different State Parks; and attend Equine events!
Note: The only reason I gave a Four Star revenue; was the screw clips, are easy too lose! I ordered an extra set; and sure enough I did lose one setup! The Mirrors themselves are Excellent! I was warned about vibration; however I never go over 60 MPG while towing my Horse London, and no vibration occurred! Smile!

These mirrors look like they will probably work for towing my trailer. They vibrate pretty bad, and the mirror is not convex at all, so you don't see much, especially when it is vibrating. If you get a 4x5.5 blind spot mirror, it helps alot, and you don't notice the vibrating. Then you take a heat gun, and heat up the inner top corner of the housing, and reshape it so it fits tighter, it makes it better. The mirrors are pretty ugly too, I'm glad they go on and off easy.

These mirrors do help, but they are a bit cumbersome. The latching mechanism may slip a bit do to vibration and wind, but once you get the tension set up they hold fairly well.

Works, but could have a better fit to truck mirror.

I would have given 5 stars except for the following: 1. The box was opened when it was delivered. The usps seal was broken. 2. Passenger mirror was scuffed with white scrape residue cosmetic but still; new should be new. 3. The shipping box was the same as the product box allowing and all to “inspect”. The fit was good, and they look good at first placement. It would certainly be better if it came with at least one set of af attachment hardware. Can this be obtained somewhere?

I've used these mirrors for the past year when we pull our camper. We've been on 6 trips so far. Very easy to install and remove. Great fit on the truck mirrors. Takes a little getting used to the distance views between the truck mirror and extended mirror but its not bad.

My Ford Ranger is a bit narrow for towing our small pop-up camper. The extension mirrors provide much better vision. I am very satisfied with them.

At first the install seemed easy, but after figuring it out these things are awesome. I use them every time I throw on my camper and haven't had any blind spot issues. I paired them up with a backup camera from etrailer and now can backup and hook up my boat up without any problems.

this is the second set I have purchased this summer (traded trucks). mirrors do a great job of improving the rear vision of trailer. Gets out and beyond the camper. Both sets function great the second pair the finish had some minor inperfections but they are after all temporary mirrors. I would buy rhem again. Great price for great reults. I also parked truck in the hot sun and put a cord around mirrors just to form it tighter to my mirrors on second set not needed, just me
