It is designed to fit the 2003 and newer Chevrolet Express and GMC Savannah vans. Now, on a custom-fit part, I always like to recommend for you to go to our website, use our fit guide, put in your year and model of vehicle, and it'll show you if this'll work for your application.Now, this towing mirror will replace the factory side-view mirrors on your vehicle. There's no need for any snap-on or strap-on mirrors that you constantly have to put on and take off. This mirror will extend away from your van to make it easy to see around the side of your trailer, so you can safely change lanes, pass, and park.
This is a manual mirror. So, the face adjustment you do use your hands to set it where you need it to be. It does have this . at the very bottom here .. this built-in spotter mirror to help reduce the blind spots.
It is a hinge design, so it will allow you to fold the mirror up against the vehicle for parking or for fitting into any tight areas. Has a nice, durable plastic housing, a nice, textured black finish to it. And, this mirror can also be painted, if need be, to match your vehicle. I had ordered a set of strap on tow mirrors and was dissatisfied with the fit. They were easily returned and I decided I wanted this pair for complete change out. These mirrors are beautiful and large. They extend approximately 23" from the attachment point to the vehicle. It fits in the same vehicle footprint. They look really good and the lower mirror is a wide angle for added view.
We have put this on a Chev 2010 Express Cutout on an Class C RV - IT works great and was easy to install
They were easy to install and looked good. Sold the vehicle soon after I put them on. Hope they work good.
Needs to be electric to plug into vehicle power mirror plug
Use these for towing a 20' enclosed trailer and they are great. Every once and awhile the mirrors seem to move from vibration, but it is the best solution out there.
