The CIPA Custom Towing Mirror, # 11902 is for larger Fords than the Ranger, this is for models of the Ford Excursion and Ford F250 and F350 Super Duty trucks. Unless the mirrors of your Ford Ranger are the same as those of the larger Ford this will not fit properly.
Currently we do not have custom fit slide on mirrors for the 2021 Ford Ranger. I recommend the K-Source Universal Towing Mirrors - Clip On, # KS69ZR. See the attached product review and installation video of these mirrors on a 2021 Ford Ranger. These have heavy-duty rubber straps to securely tighten over a variety of mirrors with a snug fit to reduce vibration that can obscure your view.
