The tire chains were exactly what I needed ,with a fairly easy install.They were delivered one day and I used them the next.
Well made and heavy duty but take some practice to get on tires. To get them adjusted correctly you need to make sure all the twists are out of the side chains.
Chains arrived promptly and they are heavy duty just like I wanted and no cam too I will be ordering from again

These chains are the best! Don't forget the rubber adjusters TCMA2.
Installed one set on rear tires just to be familiar with installation should I ever need them. They fit nicely and are very well made. Tires are 285 70 R18 and they fit snugly with three links dropped.
Received it 2 days back and it broke on its very first use within 10 mins of driving. Not sure if this is a design defect or poor quality of material. I tried following instructions very closely so doubt if anything was wrong in the way it was mounted. There was ample clearance in wheel well and it seems the chain just could not take stress.

I know that these chain are made of a low carbon steel and are strong chains. I am not sure as to what happened with this one however I will have Customer Service reach out to you for assistance.
These worked Great. I got them for a job I had on top of a ski run where it was a pretty regular occurance to have a foot or more of snow dropped throughout the day and then just a bunch of mud the next.
These are easy to install, although I recomend a couple practice runs where its warm and dry, and easy to remove.
They took a beating and dug through the deep and the icy stuff to get me up some seriously steep slopes as well as had the bite to help me stop getting down the hill.
I would recomend these over the light weight version to anyone. They hold up better and are eaiser to use plus they work great.
I used these chains on all 4 tires following 16 inches of snow and packed ice on mountain roads while elk hinting. We were forced to abandon camp and drive on treacherous roads to get back to lower elevations. The V-bars provided great traction on ice while navigating very steep and dangerous curves.
I was very pleased with the tire chains. Had no problems whatsoever. Easy to handle and put on my tires. Best of all, they kept my rig family and others safe on the road in snowing conditions while driving in Utah
I am giving 5 stars for etrailer's staff. They were very helpful answering all of my questions. Shipping was fast as well. As far as the chains, I haven't had a chance to use them but they seems like an overall good product.
Needed all four tires chained up, but we can reliably plow our north-facing hill and the rest of the drive.
I called etrailer and talked to Joanne. I've never bought tire chains before so I had no clue what to look for. So Joanne talked to me step by step and helped me find the right set of chains for my truck. She even told me the date they would arrive. I got them a day early. I will definitely shop them for any of my needs- and hope I get to talk to Joanne again!:)
Great chains! Killer grip. They go on quickly and I learned which links to select to put on once and go without readjustment. They didn't keep me unstuck during that one storm last March where we had 4' of wet stuff, but I'm still learning how to deal with that much snow (or maybe I should just wait to use a skid). I'm driving an F350 with LT275/70r18 tires and can (usually) push whatever I want, including uphill 15% grade.
I've never used tensioners before now, but they are great! Easy to install, and they keep the chains from rattling so much, as well as give me peace of mind, knowing the chains are secure. Thanks!
Received within 3 days of order! I have to get up an unplowed road with a big hill. It`s now a sheet of ice. I can come to a complete stop on steepest part, and then just give it some gas, and all the way up. Works excellent! The unique 6 Bungie cord works great.

I had to get another set of chains for larger tires, this price was comparable to the price I paid for the 17" tires.
I have gone through a foot of snow and over thickly covered icy mountain roads with no slipping. I highly recommend the "V" chains for any icy conditions.

Tire chains are exactly as described. Fast shipping.. got them today and put them on my 285/65 r18 tires.. perfect fit. Tried them out in the snow in the backyard, went through almost 8 inches with no problem in 2 wheel drive... cant wait to get out on the frozen lake and put them to the real test on the ice.
All items arrived in good condition in five days on Colorado mountain area, and were easy to install. The products all appear to be of good quality and should perform as expected when used. for 2017 Ram 2500, no enough clearance on rear tires, but no problem on Front tires clearance. Recommend the V-bar links and chain tighteners used on off-road snow and ice, 4 wheels drive, front ties for 2017 Ram 2500
