Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer. Today we're gonna take a look at the Wheelmaster's Hub Mount four hose inflation kit for 16 inch to 19 and a half inch dual wheels. Now checking and maintaining proper tire pressure is always important for ensuring a nice safe, smooth ride, and maximizing fuel economy. But it also can be a real pain when you have dually tires. So this kit here, this Wheelmaster's inflation kit, it's gonna take the hassle out of checking your air pressure and inflating your dual tires. It includes everything here on the table, the four hoses.
Two of the hoses are gonna extend the valves, are gonna extend the valve stem location of the inner tires to the outer wheels. So this is gonna mean no more crawling around on the ground or blindly reaching for the valve stem on the inner tire. And then the other two smaller hoses, you can see they have 90 degree fitting on 'em. These two 90 degree hoses are also included to make it easier to access the valve stems on the outer tires. They do use a two-ply rubber tubing with nylon braiding and this is a simple hub mount installation with the included hardware right here.
The hoses are gonna attach to the valve stems. They screw on on the inner and outer tires. And then these brackets are gonna be mounted on your steel or aluminum rear wheels with wheel aligners. Easy to install as long as you have a small right angle drill. I bought such a tool 20 years ago and have used it twice, back in 2004 on a 1997 Tioga and again this year installing this same dually inflation kit on the wheel covers of my 2016 Thor. Installation was basic, with just a little care to make sure the hoses lined up opposite of one another, and the brackets positioned the hoses with the right amount of slack and angle. Makes inflation (before every trip!!) a breeze, can't easily do it without this kit.
Just got these in the mail yesterday, installed them today on a 2017 Forest River Forester (E450 Chassis). Just had to pry the wheel simulators off on the duallies and then needed to drill some holes for the brackets then pop-rivet them to the wheel simulator. Airing the rears is MUCH easier now. Next I'll be adding the EEZtire TPMS for monitoring tire pressures/temps while going down the road.
I bought 2 sets as I have a tag axle and a dually axle. Took them to the installation guy and he was very happy with the quality of these.
These make keeping a check on the tires of my dually much easier as well as adding air when needed. Work great with the chrome wheel simulators as well just have to play with getting the rivet gun in to attach the brackets. Well worth the money. Everything I have ever purchased through etrailer has been great and the shipping always arrives on time.
I installed these this past spring and they make it so much easier to check the air pressure and add air to my dual back tires.
The hose extension kit is exactly what I needed to replace my leaking ones. Delivery was timely and product was good quality.
Unfortunately the price was so much higher than previously paid. But crawling under my motor home is not something that I am capable of so this is the best option.
It leaked air at the bend on the short one .
The wheel master WM8110a valve stem extensions for hub mounting on my 22.5 dually's worked great. I was able to to install the valve stem brackets on huds with the supplied parts (pop rivets and SS brackets) without removing the wheel hub cap by using an offset electric drill. Complete kit and easy to install
The hose inflation kit allowed me to install flow through sensors on the rear wheels of my motorhome. They would also make it easier to check pressure and add air. I had to borrow a right angle drill to be able to mount the right angle brackets on the hub. But once in place these work very well.
Very easy to install. Enough air line to work with too.
Installed to replace an existing set on an F53 chassis with 19.5” tires. Lengths of the extenders is perfect for these wheels. They have good stem seals as tires maintain pressure for many months. Only draw back is the routing puts them in contact with wheel simulator cutouts which over many miles will start to cut into the metal sleeve. This was the reason I decided to replace the original set.
The reason I’m giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the install instructions. I believe they could have done a much better job of leading you through the steps than they do. An example of this is that they do not let you know what size hole to drill for the rivets. Fortunately the rivet gun kit I have does supply that info. Otherwise, the product is top notch and I would recommend
I initially gave this a very poor review due to leakage and the unwillingness of the company to provide replacement parts. But, after eTrailer got them to send a second replacement, everything has worked fine for the past year. The fact that the manufacturer would not stand behind their product, even when I had videos where you could hear the leaking on one hose and its replacement, is definitely concerning however. That being said, it is nice to have these hoses now that they all work and I am happy that eTrailer was willing to step in and get the problem resolved.
Good product. Works with TireMinder i10. Attaching bracket to the center hub required a small right angle drill attachment.
After installing it is so much better to inflate my tires
Comparison to lessor priced option thru Amazon, there is a very clear difference in the construction of these extenders .. thicker protective wrap, solid connections .. key elements to ensure that they last. This is an upgrade to the first set (from a different online retailer) that failed. Only time will tell once the miles accumulate on MBS Class-C RV, but I feel more confidence just from their construction ..
They didn't have the item in stock so I had to wait for it to be shipped direct from the factory other than that item was heavier duty than one I bought from Amazon that leaked from the get go I have always had good results with dealing with etrailer
Everything I needed to replace a set of rear dual valve extenders on my motorhome.
Good Product. Due to relationship between the steel wheel & the stainless steel wheel liner, the angled pieces required additional bending, carefully to allow clearance through the vent. Other than that, installation was straight forward.

So far these have been great. I did get some small slices on one of them from road debris but the have held air fine. If I have to replace them I will get the kind with stainless hose.
Easy to install. I used these on a 2004 Ram 3500 and it makes it easy to check and air up the dually tires.
