Checking and maintaining proper tire pressure is important for ensuring a safe, smooth ride and maximizing fuel economy, but it can be a real pain with dually tires. The Wheel Masters inflation kit takes the hassle out of checking air pressure and inflating the inner tires on your dual wheels.


Two hoses extend the valve stem location of the inner tires to the outer wheels. This means no more crawling around on the ground or blindly reaching for the valve stem on the inner tire. And the stainless steel wrapping on the hoses helps prevent them from cracking or leaking.


Hub-Mount Installation

Inflation Hose Kit Hub Mount

The dually inflation kit is designed for steel or aluminum rear wheels with wheel liners.


  1. Install the 2 included brackets on the hub of each outer wheel. Make sure to align the brackets with a hand hole.
  2. Attach the hoses to the valve stems on the inner tires.
  3. Run the hoses to the outer wheels and attach the hoses to the hub-mounted brackets.
  4. Screw on the valve caps.

    We do! If the 22" Inflation Kit # WM8005 is a little too large for your 2021 Ford F-450 dual wheel, then I recommend the Wheel Masters Inflation Kit # WM8002. This kit is ideal for wheel sizes 16" to 19-1/2" large. From what I know of your Ford F-450 is that it usually come with 19-1/2" wheels, which means # WM8002 will be a great fit for you.     The Wheel Masters 2-Hose Inflation Kit - 16" to 19-1/2" Inner Dually # WM8009 has a 2 ply rubber tube that is wrapped in stainless steel. It will give you a flexible hose as you can see in the attached video. As you stated the length is 7 inches overall. It will be only slightly less flexible than the rubber hose alone. If you need a little more length # WM80092 will have a length of 7-1/2 inches. If that is not enough than the # WM8002 is a 13 inch length which is the next size.

    I spoke to my contact at Wheel Masters about the Wheel Masters 2-Hose Inflation Kit part # WM8002 and they informed me that you won't have any issues using this kit with TPMS sensors. The reason for this is that the lines in this kit are pressurized up to the valve stem. If you were to use a set of non-pressurized line (airless) like the Wheel Masters Airless 2-Hose Inflation Kit part # WM80022 then that is where you would run into issues with leaking so use with TPMS sensors is not advised.

These hose inflators will work fine with your Freightliner S2RV chassis, measure 13" long, and the 90° extenders have an overall length of 1 1/2" with a 1" long bend. These sound like...
