Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at the TireMinder 45 Degree Valve Extenders for a quantity of two. Now these valve extenders will have a 45 degree bend on them. They'll allow you to better access those hard to access metal valve stems on your wheels. These will fit most metal valve stems from our rear, but they're mostly designed for use on the valve stems on the rear wheels of the RV. Now these are designed to use to be used on metal valve stems, they're not recommended for use on rubber valve stems.
They are a nickel plated brass construction and they are TPMS compatible. Total overall length of them is about two inches long. Basically what they install, they install by one end here screws onto your current valve stem, and then the other end has the metal valve cap on it to access your tire pressure. And just to demonstrate what we're talking about, I happened to pull a metal valve stem to give you an idea. So it's on your wheel, on your vehicle, you'll just take off your valve cap, and with the valve cap off, you just go ahead and screw on this end of the valve extender.
And once you get that all screwed on there, and you do want to tighten it down 'cause there is a seal in there, that'll help seal it and keep any air from leaking. And there you can see, once you get it installed, gives you a 45 degree angle. To access the air pressure, take your valve cap off and then you can attach your pressure gauge or your air hose. Now when you're done, just go ahead and put your cap right back on. So it is a very easy installation.
