Features to know about

Built to Handle the Elements: Galvanized Steel Construction

This wheel is made for tough conditions. The sturdy steel construction and galvanized finish provide strong protection against rust and corrosion, keeping it looking sharp and reliable even after long exposure to wet or humid environments. It meets Department of Transportation standards, so you know it’s built right for real-world use.

Solid Strength Where It Counts: 1,650-lb Capacity with DOT Compliance

When load capacity matters, this wheel holds up. Rated for 1,650 lbs and built to DOT specifications, it offers serious strength and peace of mind when you’re hauling heavy gear. The steel rim measures 10" diameter x 6" wide with a 0 offset for balanced weight distribution and dependable support under pressure.

Straightforward Fitment Every Time: 5 on 4-1/2" Pattern, 2.8" Pilot

Getting the right fit shouldn’t be complicated. This wheel uses a standard 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern with a 2.8" pilot diameter and accepts 1/2"-20 wheel bolts. The zero offset design helps keep alignment simple while ensuring even tire clearance across your setup.

Clean, Durable Look that Lasts: Galvanized Finish Stays Bright

You don’t have to choose between utility and looks. The bright galvanized coating not only resists corrosion but also gives the wheel an upgraded look compared to basic white-painted rims. It’s a practical finish that maintains its shine season after season without flaking or fading.

Determining Bolt Pattern

1. Count the lug holes

Look at the wheel hub or the back of the wheel and count how many lug holes there are(also called bolt holes).

Common configurations include: 4-lug, 5-lug, 6-lug and 8 lug

2a. For even lug counts (4-lug, 6-lug, 8-lug)

Measure from the center of one lug hole directly across to the center of the hole opposite it.

Center to Center
Common configurations: 4 on 4", 6 on 5.5", 8 on 6.5"

2b. For odd lug counts (5-lug)

Measure from the center of one lug hole to the outer edge of the hole directly across (not center-to-center since there's no directly opposite hole).

Center to Outside Edge
Common configurations: 5 on 4.5" (most popular), 5 on 5", 5 on 4.75", 5 on 5.5"

The sales person I spoke with on the phone was very knowledgeable, shipping was fast.

by:

Super fast shipping. Product exactly as described. Thanks!

by:

No rust on the rims of my snowmobile tr ailrt

by:

They look good for being galvanized but I won't give them a 5 because the only been on the trailer for a day. I hope they look good and last a long time.

by:

A “most excellent” online ordering experience! 5 stars for sure! I’ll be recommending this company to all my friends!
Easy ordering, and prompt delivery (even to Alaska) a bit more expensive, but go with the “priority mail when shipping to AK

by:

by:

Very happy with service and boat trailer wheels.. just what I needed!

by:

Ordered a wheel for a spare for my boat trailer. Received wheel
UPS much quicker than I expected . Bolt pattern and wheel size
Was exactly what I needed. I have ordered items through etrailer
Before and have always been very pleased. Thanks Jim B

by:

Needed a galvanized wheel , etrailer was the only place I could find one in the size needed, orders on the site were to be shipped within 48 hours, mine shipped same day, received within 48 hours, wheel was quality was better than expected. etrailer will be my go guys for ever!

by:

Wheels were shipped and arrived more quickly. Also the total order qualified for free shipping, a real plus! The dipped galvanizing left several rough spots, many on the tire bead sealing areas. Required filing off several areas and then sanding the bead sealing area to prevent slow leakage. Chinese QC can be lacking at times.

by:

Used only a couple times to trailer snowmobiles in very salty conditions and the rims still look great. Hope El Nino is gone and I get to use these rims a lot more this year

by:

These rims are of VERY POOR QUALITY!! The "so called" galvanizing is very poor and in my opinion it looks as if they are doing this to used rims. I installed my tires on the rims and 2 out of the 4 were bent. I contacted e-trailer and they contacted their supplier, just to hear them say that they are all like this and that's just how they are. So this is what the consumer has to look forward to...I would never purchase these again and neither should you.

by:

Great wheels. Galvanized finish for excellent corrosion resistance. They make the trailer look way better than with the rusted, painted wheels I took off.

by:

I recently purchased a used pontoon that needed tires. After some research, I decided a 10 ply tire or load range E (LRE) would be best. Etrailer.com had the best price and they also offered free shipping on orders over $100. The tires look great and shipping was very fast. I will be getting all of my future trailer supplies from etrailer.com

by:

This product was very good and the knowledge of the person who waited on me (Carla M) was really great and knowing her job. Every thing I bought fit and got me on the road quick. Thanks.

  • Is Just The Wheel From The Kenda Tire/Wheel Combo AM3H490 Available Separately?
Hi Jay! We do indeed have just the wheel from the Kenda 205/65-10 Bias Trailer Tire with 10" Galvanized Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 - Load Range E # AM3H490. For that, you will want the Americana Steel Trailer Wheel - 10" x 6" Rim - 5 on 4-1/2 - Galvanized Finish # AM20048. This has the 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern, 1,650 pounds of capacity, and the galvanized finish. It is an exact replacement. Are you wanting this for a spare, or are your current wheels looking a bit worse for wear?

  • Availability Of 10" Trailer Wheel With Offset
Hello Jason, thanks for reaching out. Offset wheels are a thing that exists, but sadly we do not offer any 10" offset wheels. Offset wheels are pretty uncommon these days, as most trailer come stock with zero offset. I am not quite sure where one would find a 10" offset wheel. If your tires are rubbing you will either need an offset wheel, a longer axle, or a more narrow tire.

  • Replacement for 20.5 x 8-10 Tire and 5-Lug Wheel
So you mentioned wheel, though the 20.5 x 8-10 size you mentioned is actually a tire size, which leads me to think you are looking for a replacement wheel and tire of that size. Since that's an older tire size, what you will need is the modern equivalent, a size 205/65-10 tire, along with a wheel that the tire will fit on. We have just 205/65-10 tires, or just the 5-lug 10 inch rim, or a combination of the tire and rim together if that is what you are looking for. Here are the options...

The rim width needed for a 20.5 x 8 x 10 inch tire is 6 inches. So you would want the # AM20048 for a galvanized finish wheel or part # AM20046 for a white wheel.

  • Can I Replace 8 inch Wheels With 10 inch Wheels if the Bolt Pattern is the Same
When choosing a new wheel size, the things you have to be sure about is that the bolt pattern is compatible with your hubs, that the spindle will fit, and that it will not cause interference with your wheel well/fender.. As long as the bolt pattern on the 10 inch wheel is the same as the bolt pattern on your hub, your setup should work just fine. Typically the pilot diameter will increase with the size of the wheel, but just to make sure that it will fit you will want to make sure that...

We have a few trailer wheel options that will work with your 205/8.0-10 LRC tire, but you will want to make sure you verify your wheel bolt pattern first. • How to Measure Bolt Pattern to Replace Trailer Wheels on a 1986 Tracker Party Barge Trailer
The modern equivalent to a 20.5x8-10 is going to be a 205/65-10. The bolt pattern is either going to be 4 on 4 inch or 5 on 4-1/2 inch. So if it requires 4 bolts then you likely have a 4 on 4 pattern. If it is 5 bolts then it is likely 5 on 4-1/2. To be sure you can use the help article I have linked that explains how to measure for bolt pattern. For 10x6 inch wheels we have a few options. For a 4 on 4 bolt pattern we have white steel wheel # AM20041. For a galvanized version we have #...

Your trailer tire size ST205/65-10 mounts on a rim that measures 10-inches in diameter x 6-inches wide. We also offer a galvanized finish wheel # AM20048 that is otherwise identical. If you need a valve stem you can use part # AM20903 for pressure up to 65-psi or part # AM20904 for pressure up to 80-psi.

All of the 205/65-10 tire/wheel combos we carry have a pilot of 2-5/8 inch. The pilot hole will only matter if the wheel is secured to the hub with bolts instead of lug nuts. If that is the case then it has to be exact. If it does attach with lug nuts the pilot hole cannot be smaller than the hub it is going on but it can be larger. If you are using lug nuts and have a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern I recommend part # AM3H400. This has a galvanized steel wheel with a 205/65-10 bias-ply tire...
