Hi, everyone. Steven here with etrailer. Let's take a look at a front hanger for a two-inch wide slipper springs. Folks, this is going to be four and 1/4 inches tall. It's going to have 9/16th inch bolt hole, and there are two bolt holes on the top as well for mounting this. So you could weld this in place and you'll be able to fill those holes in with welds.
Make sure you're using the professional welder as someone that's experienced to do it. So two-inch wide, as you can see, I have about two and 1/4 inches here on the inside. Obviously we need that space for clearance and stuff. As far as the width of the hangar itself, about three inches. And as far as the height, it's kind of hard to see there at the angle, but again, it's four and 1/4 inches tall.
And you want to match up your hangers if you replacing them with the same height, with everything to make sure that your geometry of your suspension is not changing, especially side to side. Now for some reason, you're changing both sides out and you're going shorter for whatever reason, the purposely lower or higher raise, that's different obviously. But if you're matching up, try to match up as best you can, 100%. This is a 1/4 inch thick. It's a steel construction.
Obviously it's just raw metal, so you will need to get this painted or powder coated after you get it welded in place. It's going to be quantity one and that's going to wrap up our look together. I'm Steven. Thanks for watching.
