I contacted the manufacturer of the Front Hanger for 2 inch Wide Slipper Springs, Item # 28-1, and the steel hanger is 1/4 inch thick. It is designed for trailers with 3,500-lb to 9,000-lb axles and works with 9/16 inch diameter bolt that we sell separately.
