Today we're gonna take a look at the half inch 1/2"-13 zinc lock nut with the nylon insert. Now this lock nut is designed to be used on the half inch diameter U-bolts that'll fit two inch wide square axles. If you notice, this nut has the included nylon insert in it, the locket, and it does have a nice zinc finish to help resist rust and corrosion. Again the size on this is a half inch diameter by 13 threads per inch. But that should do it for the review on the 1/2"-13 zinc lock nut with the nylon insert.

Nylon lock-nuts are great because they eliminate the need for a lock washer. useful when the bolt is a little short.
I ordered several items for my boat trailer to replace the springs and renew the related hardware. There was a little glitch, as the springs were sold out in inventory. The etrailer staff quickly advised me of this issue and offered alternatives. However, my order was shipped was shipped within a few days and arrived as ordered. I will definitely use etrailer again.

they only sent 13 when I originally ordered 16. Of course, they didn't charge me for 16 but nothing has been said about where the other three are. My theory is that they are under stocked but are selling the product anyway and backordering the remainder.
The thing about ordering is that you will get what you ask for. I asked for items for a boat trailer, and got what I ordered--and in a timely fashion.
