Keystone raptor 412 triple axle 21/4 shackles Will morryde shackle kit UO12-023 fit my Rv ? If so how much is the kit ?

Since you mentioned that your Keystone Raptor 412 has shackles that are 2-1/4 inches long the shackle kit part # MR38ZR that you referenced is the correct fit and would work great as an upgraded and heavier duty shackle.
