Features to know about

Built for Heavy Agricultural Loads: Solid Hub for 9,500-lb Axles

This hub is made for real farm work. It’s designed specifically for 9,500-lb agricultural trailer axles and handles up to 4,910 lbs at 20 mph. The 6 on 6" bolt pattern with 9/16"-18 threaded bolts keeps your wheel locked in tight under heavy loads. It’s a strong fit for non-braked setups where durability matters more than anything else.

No-Brakes Setup Made Simple: Works on Non-Braked Axles

For trailers that don’t use brakes, this hub keeps things straightforward. It’s built as an idler hub—no drum, no extra parts—just the solid connection you need between the spindle and wheel. The built-in grease fitting makes keeping it lubricated quick and easy, so you spend less time on maintenance and more time in the field.

Everything Included for a Clean Install: Bearings, Seals, and Hardware Ready to Go

No need to track down small pieces or matching parts. This hub includes both bearings (25590 inner and 25877 outer), races (25520 and 25821), grease seal (AG-GS-36282000SL), grease cap, and six threaded wheel bolts. The races come pre-installed from the factory so setup stays easy—just slide it on, grease it, and tighten it down.

Precision Fit with Agricultural Spindles: Designed to Match TRP # SP-803213-155

Getting the right fit is critical when you’re dealing with specialized ag gear. This hub is made to work with TRP spindle # SP-803213-155, so you can bolt it on with confidence that the dimensions line up exactly. With a pilot hole diameter of 4.62", a grease cap flange diameter of 3.16", and a wheel offset of 1.12", every measurement is built for reliable performance in tough conditions.

Determining Bolt Pattern

1. Count the lug holes

Look at the wheel hub or the back of the wheel and count how many lug holes there are(also called bolt holes).

Common configurations include: 4-lug, 5-lug, 6-lug and 8 lug

2a. For even lug counts (4-lug, 6-lug, 8-lug)

Measure from the center of one lug hole directly across to the center of the hole opposite it.

Center to Center
Common configurations: 4 on 4", 6 on 5.5", 8 on 6.5"

2b. For odd lug counts (5-lug)

Measure from the center of one lug hole to the outer edge of the hole directly across (not center-to-center since there's no directly opposite hole).

Center to Outside Edge
Common configurations: 5 on 4.5" (most popular), 5 on 5", 5 on 4.75", 5 on 5.5"

Video Transcript for A Closer Look at the Agricultural Trailer Hub Assembly for 9.5K Axles

Hello, everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a look at this agricultural trailer hub assembly for 9,500 pound axles. Has a 6 on 6 inch bolt pattern. Now this trailer hub assembly is designed to fit on agricultural trailers that have a 6 on 6 inch bolt pattern, and it is designed for non-brake axles. It does have a built-in grease zerk fitting. If I turn this around to the very back, if you look at the bottom right there, you'll see the grease zerk fitting on it.

That allows you to hook a grease gun to that and pump grease in there so it makes it easy to lubricate your hub assembly without having to disassemble the whole assembly. Now this part does come with everything here on the table. Got it all laid out here. Comes with the hub with the bearing races already pre-installed, outer and inner. Comes with the outer bearing, which is part number 25877.

Comes with the inner bearing, which is part number 25590, goes in the back there. Comes with the grease seal that'll install in the back after the bearing's in. Comes with the grease cap that'll cover the front after the bearing's installed. And then it comes with 6 of the 9/16 x 18 wheel rug bolts. Now this is designed for use on the TRP spindle part number SP-803213-155.

Now the hub itself has a 4,910 pound load capacity. So when this is used with a hub on the other side, it'll meet the 9,500 pound axle capacity. And this is an agricultural hub. They are designed for low speed applications, so the load capacity is based on 20 miles per hour maximum speed. If you notice the grease cap here and the lug bolts, they are all a yellow zinc finish for corrosion resistance.

Now the pilot hole diameter, which is, if we measure the diameter of this right here, is 4.62 inches. And the bolt paddle we mentioned is 6 on 6 inches. And again, the lug bolt are what are designed to screw in there to attach your wheel to the hub. But that should do it for the review on the agricultural trailer hub assembly for 9,500 pound axles.

  • Looking For Trailer Hub With 25590 Bearing
Hello Kevin, thanks for reaching out. Are you sure your bearing is a 25590 and not a 25580? I ask because 25590 is not a trailer bearing number we have ever heard of. The 15123 and 25580 bearing combination is quite common. Any chance you could measure the ID of this inner bearing? I would be curious to know the dimensions. If it is a 1.75" ID, it likely is a 25580 bearing. If so, the Easy Grease Trailer Idler Hub Assembly # AKIHUB-655-6-EZ-K is what I recommend.
