Today, we're going to be taking a look at the Titan 2-Tang Clevis with a Three Position Adjustable Bracket. This 2-Tang Clevis is designed to couple with a lunette ring. Your clevis pin is sold separately. The platform with the hole can also be used as a ball mount for standard towing. The channel bracket allows you to adjust the height of the clevis to match different tow vehicles. You can see here that each side is going to offer four holes, so these mount holes on each side are going to offer three positions, so position one, position two, and position three.
The adjustable channel bracket is designed to weld onto the trailer. There's going to be three holes located here on the back. These are not for a bolt-on installation. These are simply to be used for spot welds. Then the clevis simply bolts to the bracket with the included bolts and locknuts. The entire unit's made from a very sturdy, steel construction.
It's going to have a weight capacity of 12,000 pounds. The pin hole diameter is 3/4". That's the diameter of these holes right here. The distance between the adjustment holes on center is going to be 2". That's the incremental height adjustment.
The distance between the tangs, that's going to measure right on 2". Then I also took a depth measurement. There's this back bar right here, so I measured from that bar to the closest point of that hole right there, and that gave us a depth of 2" as well. The bracket itself is going to give us an overall length measurement of 7-1/2" long. The inner width of the channel, inside edge to inside edge, measures about 3" wide. Great replacement for a pintle hitch
Broke on first use. Etrailer would not stand behind their product.
Very sturdy tough unit,you will bend pin or twist up channel before you hurt this thing!it would be nice if the 1” hole was slightly oversized so the 1” pin would be easier to insert and remove

I used this to convert a pintle to a clevis hitch and back to pull with a tractor or a truck
I been very pleased with the tires and wheels so far. I built a water wagon and put them on it.
Good for building new trailers, my only complaint is that the 3/4” pin hole is a little small. Even a 3/4” grade 8 pin Will bend fairly easy.
