When you’re hauling big weight, brake heat can build fast. This DeeMaxx 13" hub-and-rotor assembly is built for 8,000 lb axles and uses a vented rotor design that keeps air flowing through to shed heat. That means less chance of warping or fade on long pulls and more confident stopping when you need it most. Precision machining keeps the rotor running true, so every stop feels smooth and steady.
Water, road grime, and salt can eat through standard metal fast. This cast iron hub-and-rotor is finished with DeeMaxx’s marine-grade Maxx coating that’s been tested for over 1,000 hours of salt-spray resistance. Drain holes in the hat section let water escape quickly instead of pooling inside, cutting down on corrosion whether you’re running in rain, snow, or near saltwater.
Swapping hubs shouldn’t mean juggling loose parts. The DeeMaxx DE25KR comes as a single cast piece with both inner and outer races already pressed in. There’s no gap between hub and rotor for grit or moisture to sneak in, making it easier to install cleanly whether you’re upgrading from drums or replacing worn discs.
Uneven brakes or vibration can turn any trip into a hassle. This machined cast iron assembly is factory balanced to keep rotation true and minimize shimmy at speed. The material delivers the right friction coefficient for steady braking power while standing up to heavy use over the miles.
This unit is a standard grease hub that fits setups using inner bearing #25580 and outer bearing #02475. It’s designed for wheels between 16" and 17-1/2", with an 8 on 6-1/2" bolt pattern and 5/8" studs—making it an easy match for many standard components without guesswork.
1. Count the lug holes
Look at the wheel hub or the back of the wheel and count how many lug holes there are(also called bolt holes).
Common configurations include: 4-lug, 5-lug, 6-lug and 8 lug
2a. For even lug counts (4-lug, 6-lug, 8-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole directly across to the center of the hole opposite it.
Common configurations: 4 on 4", 6 on 5.5", 8 on 6.5"
2b. For odd lug counts (5-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole to the outer edge of the hole directly across (not center-to-center since there's no directly opposite hole).
Common configurations: 5 on 4.5" (most popular), 5 on 5", 5 on 4.75", 5 on 5.5"

Now, if you're looking to upgrade from drum to disc brakes, this hub-and-rotor assembly is gonna make the switch pretty simple for you. This single-piece design means installation is gonna be quick and straightforward. No need to worry about contaminants sneaking between the hub and rotor.
Everything is machined from cast iron and precision balanced for a smooth, reliable ride. And because of the vented design, it's going to dissipate heat efficiently, helping to prevent warping or heat-related wear. And if you notice here in the hat section that even has drainage holes that let water escape easily, reducing the risk of corrosion. And with the durable Maxx coating, you're gonna get excellent rust resistance, whether you're driving in fresh water or salt water environments. In fact, this has been tested to withstand over 1000 hours of salt spray.
So this is going to include 5/8" wheel bolts and standard races that are already pressed in so you're gonna be ready to go. Again, this is going to be designed for your 8,000-pound trailer axles. It's going to fit wheel sizes from 16" to 17 1/2". And this bolt pattern is 8 on 6 1/2". And this is a 13-inch outer diameter hub-and-rotor assembly.
Now inside, you will need bearings and a grease seal. Those bearings and grease seal are not included with this, but on your screen, I am including the bearing and seal information there for you. The product is of high quality and the bearing cups were already installed. The support staff Kim R. and Ashley are excellent to work with and the same can be said of their company. When a hub was lost in transit another hub was shipped immediately when the required wait time expired. Slight “burr” on outboard race. Not enough for return. Will use race that came in bearing pack.
Would guess it happened during factory race installation.

These items did not fit, it was supposed to be cross referenced. It also did not show up the next day as promised. I only live 20 minutes from the place I could have drove up there and right a way realized they were the wrong parts. I think your missing an opportunity from your local customers, even a drop off pickup window would have saved me a lot of hassle. I will say the quality of products look good and the staff is very friendly.
