Today we're going to take a look at the CE Smith amber 12"-long PVC keel roller for boat trailers. Now, this PVC keel roller will replace one worn or damaged keel roller on your boat trailer. This will help ease the loading and unloading of your boat, supports the keel of your boat as it rests on the trailer, and it will absorb any road shock while your boat's being towed. It's a PVC construction, which is polyvinyl chloride. It's very durable, non-marring, corrosion resistant. It is stronger and longer-lasting than rubber.
The nice thing about this product is it will won't leave scratches, scuffs, or marks on your boat's hull like a rubber roller does. Works great in freshwater or saltwater applications.You can see it's a nice bright amber color. Application is for a 12" wide bracket with a 5/8" diameter shaft. We're going to give you some measurements on this. The diameter of the hole on this roller is 5/8", so it's designed to fit on the 5/8" diameter shaft.
The width on this from one end . We're going to measure from this end all the way to this end. You're going to be looking right at 11 1/2" wide. The diameter is right at 3 1/8" in diameter. But that should do it for the review on the CE Smith amber 12"-long PVC keel roller for boat trailers..

This roller is still in perfect condition after 6 times unloading and loading 26 foot by 10 foot heavy Stancraft cabin cruiser. Other black rollers disintegrated after one use. Customer Service was excellent. I highly recommend etrailer and CE Smith.

My trailer is a 1993 and the original rubber keel rollers have been replaced twice. Both lasted about 15 years before splitting in half. I purchased these keel rollers because they should last longer.

good quality and much better than cheap rubber roller from amazon. Also the 5/8" hole was consistent all the way thru and not just fitted with an end bushing like the rubber one which totally failed in the center
