Today we're gonna take a look at the CE Smith Zinc Plated Steel Wobble Roller Washer for three-quarter-inch shaft for a quantity of one. Now this will secure a wobble roller on your boat trailer with the help of this washer. It's constructed of zinc-plated steel and it fits on a three-quarter-inch roller shaft. The washer will help you mount the wobble roller to the boat trailer's roller bunk. The zinc-plated steel construction is sturdy and long lasting. It is made in the USA.A few dimensions on this: The overall diameter of it, edge to edge is right at two inches.

Requires a lot of pressure to install on the Wobbly Roller. I am not sure what tool would have made the installation easier. The angled hog ring pliers were too small.

How To Install New Wobble Rollers, Washers, And Retaining Rings
The way to install the new # YR343R-6P roller is pretty simple. You'd can use pliers or channel locks to remove the existing retainer ring and the old washer. Then remove the old roller. install the new roller part # YR343R-6P and washer part # CE10983, and install the new retainer ring part # CE10981 by slipping it over the shaft and crimping it with the pliers or channel locks. This roller is designed to work on a 3/4 inch diameter shaft.

How to Install Wobble Rollers on Older Boat Trailer
If you have enough of the shaft still intact then you can use the CE Smith Wobble Roller Retainer Ring # CE10981 and a Wobble Roller Washer # CE10983 for the Yates Ribbed Wobble Roller # YR343R-6P for a 3/4" shaft. Otherwise you may need to get a new shaft and use the above products to secure the rollers. To install the retainer ring you can use ring pliers like part # PTW88003.

Shoreline Boat Trailer Wobble Roller Recommendation
Looks like you have the Yates Ribbed Wobble Rollers part # YR530R-6P installed on your Shoreline boat trailer. We do not carry any pieces that are internal of the roller like a bushing if that is what you are referring to. We carry the retainer rings part # CE10981 and the wobble roller washers part # CE10983, but if you need a different part of the wobble roller replaced you will have to go ahead and replace the entire roller.

There are different sized wobbler wheel retaining rings, however we only carry the one size of retaining ring. The CE Smith Wobble Roller Retainer Ring - Zinc-Plated Steel - Qty 1 # CE10981. This is designed for holding roller on 1-1/8" shaft size and 3/4" shaft size only. The diameter of this retainer ring is 3/16 inch. This is a fairly standard size and that is why we don't carry others. If you need a washer for this install, I recommend the CE Smith Wobble Roller Washer for 3/4"...

Replacement Wobble Rollers 5 Diameter, 3 Wide For a 3/4 Shaft
We have the Yates Ribbed Wobble Roller in either a Heavy-Duty Rubber # YR530R-6P or Thermoplastic Rubber # YR500YW-6P. These both are 5" in diameter, 3" wide and fit on a 3/4" shaft. These will both have a 7/8" hub diameter. We do also carry the 3/4" Wobble Roller Washer # CE10983, Wobble Roller Retainer Ring # CE10981 and Angled Hog Ring Pliers # PTW88003. These will allow you to replace any missing damaged or worn parts you may need.

Installing/Replacing # DL21562 Rocker Roller On A Boat Trailer
Not at all, the procedure is really very simple. You'd use pliers to remove the existing Hog or Retainer Ring, remove the old washer (if present) and remove the existing roller. Install the new roller, replace the # CE10983 washer and install a new # CE10981 retaining ring by slipping it over the shaft and crimping it with pliers. This roller is designed to work on a 3/4 inch diameter shaft.

For that we have the part # YR343R-6P which has a center hole diameter just slightly under 7/8 inch to fit the 3/4 inch shaft the way it needs to.
