As long as your 2021 Ram 3500 long bed dually doesn't have the Ram Boxes which narrow the inside width of the bed, the Truxedo # TX248901 is a confirmed fit that would work great for you. The dually has the same inside width bed as the SRW models, so the fact that it's a DRW won't affect the fit.
