Just lift the rear panel at the tailgate or fold the rear and center sections forward to open two-thirds of the bed. The self-contained design means no rails or loose hardware stay behind once the cover is removed, so the bed is clear when you need all the space.
Some hard covers dent easily or get hot enough to burn your hand. The Solid Fold 2.0 solves both problems with 1" thick automotive-grade polypropylene panels coated in a high-strength thermoplastic skin. They resist dents, stay cool to the touch on hot days, and won’t fade or break down under UV exposure. Aircraft-grade aluminum frames and hinges add strength while keeping the overall weight around 66 lbs.
Setting up or removing the cover doesn’t require any tools or drilling. Built-in Jaw-Grip clamps secure the front panel to the bed rails, and spring-loaded EZ-Lock clamps lock the rear panel tight at the tailgate. It sits about 1" to 1-1/2" above the bed rails for a clean, low-profile look, and once the tailgate is locked, the bed stays secure.
Finding a hard cover that fits neatly with a toolbox can be a challenge. This Toolbox Edition is built specifically to work with most 18"–20" standard toolboxes and seals tightly against them for a snug, weather-resistant fit.
