I can tell you the Extang Solid Fold 2.0 Hard Tonneau Cover # EX84435 is a custom fit cover for your 2013 Ford F-350 with an 8' long bed. This is designed to fit with a tool box which is between 18"-20". Extang will not provide these specific measurements you are requesting as their engineers do not release them.
