The Solid Fold 2.0 Toolbox Edition works with most 18"–20" standard toolboxes and seals tightly against them to keep out water and dust. The watertight seal along the toolbox keeps your gear dry, and the rail-free design makes it easy to take the cover off completely when you need to.
When you need to reach your gear, the tri-fold design makes it simple. You can lift the rear panel at the tailgate for small items or fold up and secure the rear and center panels to open two-thirds of the bed. It’s easy to remove entirely too—no rails stay behind once it’s off. Everything clamps in place with sturdy fiberglass-reinforced nylon hardware so it stays secure when you close and lock the tailgate.
Covers can take a beating from sun, rain, and road grime. The 1" thick automotive-grade polypropylene panels with high-strength thermoplastic skin are made to handle it. They resist dents, stay cool to the touch in summer, and won’t fade or break down from UV rays or harsh weather. The textured powder-coated aluminum frame adds strength and a clean, matte black finish that matches most truck trim.
Installing or removing the cover doesn’t require drilling or tools. The built-in Jaw-Grip clamps at the front and spring-loaded EZ-Lock clamps at the tailgate make setup quick and solid. Everything mounts right on top of the bed rails—about 1" to 1-1/2" above them—so you get a smooth, finished look without messing with stake-pocket accessories.
Even in heavy rain or car washes, the Solid Fold 2.0 keeps most water outside where it belongs. Automotive-grade snap-on seals, rubber corners, and hinge caps help block out moisture. When the tailgate is closed and locked, the cover stays firmly shut, protecting whatever you’ve got in the bed from both weather and prying eyes.
