Wiring a trailer doesn’t have to mean splicing into factory wiring. The Hopkins Plug-In Simple Wiring Harness connects straight into the existing tow package port behind the rear bumper. It’s a direct plug-in, so setup takes just minutes with no wire tracing or cutting needed.
Once plugged in, this harness gives you a working 4-way flat trailer connector that powers your trailer’s running lights, turn signals, and brake lights. It’s exactly what you need for basic towing setups with small or midsize trailers.
The connection point sits behind the rear bumper on the driver’s side, keeping everything protected and out of sight. It uses the built-in factory port, so the finished install looks tidy and stays secure while towing.
Because it’s made for vehicles that already have a factory tow package, there’s no need for an external converter box or extra wiring. Just plug it in and you’re ready to connect your trailer and hit the road.
