Installation
This custom-fit T-connector plugs into your vehicle's factory tow package wiring harness, which is located behind the rear bumper. Once you've plugged in the tow harness, insert the 2 relays into the fuse panel.
Once installation is complete, the 4-way connector will be stowed in an out-of-the-way location within your trunk.
It is recommended that you use a small amount of grease on all electrical connections - the plugs on your automobile and the 4-pole connector itself - to help prevent corrosion.

This is my thired purchase of etrailer hitch. My current car is 2019 Buick Envision Crossover SUV. Unlike my previous cars, today's cars leave little room to mount a trailer hitch. However , etrailer has done a great job of making sure the hitch fits under the bumper cover and is barely visable with the flat black paint. Installation was just a shown on factory videos, however, could have used a second pair of hands during installation, but it was still not that bad for a 80 year old to do the installation.
All was good except the picture for the fuse panel the arrows
Weren’t very clear it looked like I needed to replace the original one with one of the new ones but you’re video was very clear that the new ones went beside the original.
Installation is okay but not fond of relay clicking noise every time you apply brakes etc.
No cutting, no guessing, no rewiring! What more can you ask for? My only input would be clarify that after “releasing” the red lock that you have to push down to separate the plug from the harness. I struggled with that for a minute or two longer than I would like to admit.

Everything went exactly as expected. Took about an hour to install the hitch and wiring. I am pleased with this product.

Wiring harness was a quick plug and go to factory wiring. Drilled small hole in one of the trunk plugs on the driver’s side. Ran the wires and tucked and tied them along the frame. Sealed around the wires in the hole I drilled. Done.
I was very pleased with the service provided. When my initial order was missing an item in the original packaging, etrailer shipped me a complete new item, not just the missing part. I will be doing business with them again in the future.
Everything went as expected. When I hooked up the trailer, the lights didn’t work. I thought I had a problem with the new wiring but turned out the ground wire on the trailer was broken. I am pleased with this product.
Good product fast shipping
Hitch went on easy. Wiring plugged in and works fine. Only issue I have is the relays you plug into the fuse box make a clicking noise when the brakes are applied or trunk signals are on.
Great product that makes hookup foolproof. The only slowdown was getting the dust cover off the vehicle plug... it was a little contrary at first. But once off, this harness is plug and play.
