The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76080 still uses the wire ties to fix the fascia issue. This does solve the issue, but if you prefer an alternative I recommend the Curt # C13292. This hitch receiver does not install in the same manner and will not have the same issue. I've attached the installation instructions and videos for both receivers to assist.

For your trailer wiring, I recommend the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C56364 to give you a 4-way connection. This custom-fit T-connector plugs into your Buick Envision's factory tow package wiring harness, which is located under the driver's-side of the vehicle. I've attached an installation video to assist.

If you will be towing, I recommend the B&W Tow & Stow 2-Ball Mount # BWTS10035B. This will give you a 2 inch and 1-7/8 inch hitch ball as well as give you adjustability to tow a trailer level by offering the 1 inch height adjustments between a 3 inch drop and 3-1/2 inch rise. This ball mount also offers the ability to hide the ball on the backside when not in use to give you a clean look and save your shins when loading cargo into your trunk. I recommend using a hitch lock like # C23025 to protect your investment.
