The carrier operates with a large push button on the side of the unit. This design allows for easy loading and unloading of skis, a snowboard, or fishing rods, even if you're wearing fingerless mittens or big, bulky winter gloves.
The ski and fishing rod carrier mounts in the top channel of your Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero or Heavy-Duty crossbars with T-bolts or channel nuts. It also comes with universal clamp-on mounting hardware that lets you use the carrier on square, aero, elliptical, and most factory crossbars right out of the box.
