I have aftermarket roof rails that have a t slot design. Should Item # RR576 work with any rails with a t slot setup?

Yes, the Rhino-Rack Ski and Snowboard Carrier # RR576 should work with your aftermarket roof rack that has t-slots. The Rhino-Rack Ski and Snowboard Carrier # RR576 uses an M6 bolt to mount in the t-slots, this is the bolt most commonly used for channel mounted accessories across multiple brands.

The Rhino-Rack Ski and Snowboard Carrier # RR576 should mount in your t-slot just fine. But if for some reason it does not, you would still be able to use the clamp on style as long as your crossbars are not larger than 3-3/4" wide x 7/8" tall.
