Hi Dirk,
There is one difference between the two Air Lift air bags you asked about, which is that one is for dual rear-wheel models only and one does not fit dually models of 2023 Ford F-350:
- Does NOT Fit Dually: Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs # AL29DQ
- ONLY Fits Dually: Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs # AL23DQ
That's the only difference, these will otherwise offer the exact same suspension upgrade for a '23 F-350, and both will work with a compressor like the Air Lift WirelessAIR # AL74000EZ.
