This roof rack has served me well over the year, currently has Thule snowboard rack/ will switch to a box in the future. it was pretty easy to install and is very sturdy.

Will Yakima FlushBar Crossbars Fit 2018 Infiniti QX30
I have a similar roof rack for you but the FlushBar Crossbars # Y00456-2 do not fit the 2018 Infiniti QX30. What you can use instead is the Yakima SightLine FX Roof Rack for Flush Side Rails # Y53UV. These have the same flush design and use the JetStream bars so they are extremely quiet. You will also need the SightClip Fit Kit # Y35CR.
