The flush-mount SkyLine FX crossbars keep everything tight to the roofline so the setup looks like it came that way from the factory. There’s no excess bar sticking out past the towers, giving it a clean, streamlined appearance. It’s a simple way to haul your gear without changing the look or aerodynamics of your ride.
A good set of bars shouldn’t roar in the wind. These have an aero-style shape that helps reduce drag while you’re driving. The push-down rubber strips fill in the top channels to cut down on vibration and wind noise. You get smoother airflow and a quieter ride, even on highway stretches.
This rack can handle whatever adventure you’re planning. The crossbars work with accessories that mount in the top channels or clamp around the bars, so you can carry bikes, kayaks, skis, or cargo boxes all on the same system. It’s a flexible setup that makes switching between gear fast and straightforward.
With aluminum construction and a 165 lbs weight capacity, this rack is ready for heavy gear like kayaks, tents, or camping supplies. It’s solid under load but light enough to handle easily during install. The integrated tower and bar design adds stability while keeping everything low-profile.
You can add Yakima Same Key System (SKS) lock cores (sold separately) to help deter theft of both the rack and any channel-mount accessories. It’s a small upgrade that keeps your setup secure when you park overnight or leave your gear unattended at the trailhead.

You definitely want to use the gaskets and I dont recommend using the crossbars without them. Here is an install video that might help you out with this part. Let us know if you still some assistance after watching.

Ive had the rail system on my truck for about a year now and its been a tremendous help. It allows me to still use my bed and provides much needed extra storage space, mostly for all the dog items we carrycrates, gates, beds, food, etc. I like the fact the rail locks to the truck so I dont need to remove them at home or at our destination.
