Hello, neighbors. I'm Steve here at etrailer.com. Today we're taking a look together at these Gorilla ratchet straps with S-hooks, one inch wide by 12 foot long, rated at a working load limit of 500 pounds, and a maximum load brake strength of 1,500 pounds. Now folks, you're gonna get four ratcheting tie down straps. I went ahead and left three of them kind of factory wrapped, and one of 'em here I went ahead and put together for demo here today. But these are gonna be great for securing your ATVs, side-by-sides, personal watercraft, and they're very nice, sturdy, ratchet mechanism.

It's gonna make it really easy to tighten down straps and also maintain the tension. So like I said, I put one of these together, but real quickly I wanna show you, it's a nice, very thick polyester webbing with a nice PVC coating. The edges here, have that extra black stitching in there. Basically, that's gonna help prevent, you know, burrs, tears, rips, that kind of thing, not only on the thing you're tying down, but also on the side of your trailer. So let's say you go over the edge of like some, I don't know, the trailer frame, let's say.

This is gonna not break and stuff very easily because it's got that extra coating and extra stitch in there. Now I wanna zoom in so I can show you some of the features of these ratchets themself. So a nice ergonomic handle. It's got a nice hard, heavy-duty plastic over it. Nice spring loaded mechanism here.

To ratchet, you simply ratchet it. All that cable or strap here is gonna wind up, give you a nice firm, safe working tie down. And then to release it, you simply pull the handle to loosen it and then you just pull the one strap to loosen it back off of there. So, pretty simple. Again, if you used these before, you probably use a different brand maybe or different ones.

This is that same kind of style with a ratchet strap. Now it's got nice built-in safety caps. What I like about those is a lot of times when you tie something down, you put one side on one side of the trailer, you try to walk around, but it keeps falling off and you go back around. Well, with this guy you just hook it where you wanna put it, put that cap back on there. Now it's held on to whatever you got it on. It's not gonna fall off even if it rotates all the way around. So very nice feature there. Again, I mentioned the ergonomic plastic handles, but this hook is a vinyl-coated, solid steel core, hardened steel, and it's not gonna break, bend, crack, anything like that. And again, that vinyl coating's gonna help everything stay smooth and not scratch up your cargo. Now again, it has a very nice heavy-duty, hard plastic case. You can put 'em in here whenever you're not using 'em, fit 'em in there, seal it back up, toss this in your toolbox, or maybe just the back of the vehicle, and you're ready to go. Very nice, heavy-duty, hard case that comes with it. So again, you're gonna get a quantity of four. Again, I've got three here and I put one together here for demo purposes today.
