Question:

Do they make a device that fills in the gap between the cab roof of a truck and the bottom sleeping area of a truck camper? Wind deflector ?

Hi Christopher!

Due to the cab of your truck and the bed not being connected, they can technically move independently from each other on bumpy/rough terrain. Granted it isn't going to be much, but it is still some. I think (emphasis on think) this is why there are currently no options for a wind deflector that would install there. At least not any that I am aware of.

However, that is a very good idea. If you can figure out a way to attach it, you could potentially use something like the Rubber Wiper Seal for RV Slide Out - Stick On - 15' Long x 4-1/16" Wide # SR96FR to fill the gap. This typically seals the slide out on an RV or other camper, but if your sleeping area is less that 3-1/4" from the cab/roof of your truck, it could work. You would just want to make sure the seal is angled outward when you have your camper in your bed.

Sorry we don't have a better option for you, but I will be mentioning this to our Product Development Team as I'm sure you aren't the only person thinking about this. Maybe they can come up with something better and I will let you know if they do!

Out of curiosity, what kind of camper are you carrying in your bed?
