Hello, neighbors, I'm Steven with etrailer.com. Today, we're taking a look at this rubber wiper seal with the track for your RV slide out. Now, this is a stick-on 30-foot long by three and three quarter inches wide. So basically again what this is is a replacement seal, so your RV slide out seal, what it does is it stops water bugs, pests, that kind of stuff from getting into your living area. And this particular one is very ideal for the Evergreen Bay Hill fifth wheels and other RVs. Now it does have a nice integrated track that creates an insulation point for your bulb seal and that's gonna weatherproof your slide out when it's closed.
So I want to go ahead and zoom in here and show you the the edge of this if I can. So you can kind of see here all the different raised portions. Those are gonna slide perfectly in. And then you got the little bulb part up here as well. You can kind of see it's got a little bump out here and all of those as well.
And while I got it zoomed in, you can kind of see here this red that is the peel and stick installation. It's got a pre-applied 3M adhesive backing And this is just a whole view of everything together. Again, 30 feet long by three and three quarter inches wide. I wanna pop up the measurements on the side view of that seal there. So three and three quarter inches wide from top to bottom and two and seven eighth inches from where that second from the left bump out that goes down all the way to the edge.
So again, very nice product. You simply apply the seal to the RV frame that surrounds your slide out. And then you just use scissors, cut off any trim or any extra seal that you don't need. It is made of a very, very nice EPDM dense rubber construction. It's not gonna shrink, it's not gonna crack or even fade over time.

The rubber is of a good quality it hasn't started to shed black when you rub against it or leave black streaks on my unit, the only problem I have had in the stick on tape isn't of a long lasting material and starts to release after about 4 months so we removed the seal and used a automotive weather strip adhesive and so far it's been working well.

IT is as described.
I bought these wiper seals for my cedar creek fifth wheel. After installation I tried to slide my slides in and they tried to cock from one done to the other and did not come in smoothly or completely. These are made out of a different type of rubber that is very stiff so they don’t fold into the slide while moving slide in. I am out the price of a 30’ roll and cannot return because I used part of it. Beware of Steele wiper seals
Hi, George: The rubber seal for my slide-out that you ordered for me worked-out just fine giving the slide-out a tight seal to keep rain out. Thanks, again, for such good customer service & even checking back after a year to see if I was satisfied.
Wiper seal was a good product but did not work on my slide. The seal was too thick and would not fold under when retracting my slide. I had to discard it and go another direction
I used the wiper seal for the horizontal seal (top) on my slide out that is 13 ft long on my cedar creek fifth wheel.
The rubber is so stiff it won’t flex and move properly when the slide is brought in. It is supposed to fold into the slide when the room is brought in for travel and prevents the slide from tiltin in at the top. Because I installed this seal I cannot get my money back. Not very happy.
Very good service. Little difficult to install while on the road but seal is working well and appreciate shipping to the RV park.
Good product as it was advertised, staff assisted me in determine status of package when it did not make estimated delivery date. Satisfied, now will see how it fits…and performs.
You sent us 2 seals were wrong but it was our fault. Then we just got the correct seal today and postal delivery was 14 days. Your accepting the wrong parts and returns went well. Now with warm weather we can proceed with the fix. Thanks for your help.
