The Spray-Away exterior hose system for your RV or boat lets you rinse gear, wash your boat or vehicle, extinguish your campfire, clean fish, and more. This eliminates the need for a bulky garden hose, which takes up a lot of space.
The unit's 15" hose is flexible and compact, and it recoils into the self-storing unit when it's not being used, even if the twist nozzle is still attached. The nozzle, which threads onto the end of the hose, has a consistent, high-pressure spray and an internal, leak-proof seal.
The swivel quick-connect valve on the inside of the unit makes it easy to connect and disconnect the hose. This means that you don't have to take the time to open any valves or screw on a hose.
This unit is compatible with standard RV and marine plumbing systems. Mounting hardware is included for easy, bolt-on installation. It should be noted that if you don't already have an existing spray unit, then first you will need to cut through the sidewall of your RV or boat. Sealant (sold separately) is required.
The Spray-Away features solid brass fittings and a sturdy ABS plastic housing. The polyurethane hose is resistant to both cracking and the effects of UV rays. The material of the hose makes it lighter, yet tougher than rubber or PVC.

Speaker 1: Today we're going to take a look at the self-storing Spray Away unit with the 15-foot hose. Now, this part is designed to connect to your RV and marine plumbing systems. It includes everything shown here on the table: The storage unit, the 15-foot coil hose, the twist nozzle that's installed, the hardware to install it, and a nice set of detailed instructions.Now, this will give you a nice, convenient, high-pressure water spray. It is a 15-foot long coil hose that will recoil to 12 inches. It does store in the self-contained compartment. Now, this is not a drinkable, potable water system.
The color on the storage unit is black. This part is made in the USA.A few dimensions on this. We're going to measure the overall width on this, on the outside. It's going to be right at 7.5 inches. Height on it is right at 7.5 inches.
The total depth of it, from the very front to the very end of the nozzle right here is going to be right at 13 and 3/4 inches deep. And the cutout dimension, when you install this on your vehicle, is going to be 5.5 inches by 5.5 inches.And then just to show you how this works, as you can see, just twist the knob to open your hatch. There's your connection right there. You can just push your connection right on there, and you're all ready to go. And then to release it, just push and it will release it.And then to store it, what you want to do is disconnect it, take your twist nozzle, and you just want to store that on the inside, and then slide the whole thing all the way in there.
Once you get it all in there, just close the hatch, and it's all stored away, simple as that.But that should do it for the review on the self-story Spray Away with the 15-foot hose.

Easy to get install and worked good. Started dripping after a months use. But the cartridges are removable and I was able to install new washers. Worked OK through the rest of the season. Don't over tighten the taps when turning off, everything inside is plastic. Also I would suggest a set of shutoffs on the inlet hookups so it can be isolated for servicing. Be careful of the inlet check valves, they can fall out in pieces.

I used this to replace a D&W Spray-Away Exterior Hose System. The prior unit worked fine, I simply needed the room on the inside of the trailer for battery storage. The new unit takes up far less space and I really never used the hose anyhow.
The new unit doesn't lend itself to being insulated inside the door. The old unit had more room for insulation inside the door. The hot/cold knobs are in the way.
For what it is, it's a good unit.
