  Based on the picture you sent in you'd need a sewer tee and not a wye since the angle of the two pipes is 90 degrees relative to each other in your picture.   This is an unexpected configutation with the valve connected directly to the black tank. Nevertheless, it seems that a Valtera # F02-2106 Replacement Rubber Grommet would fix you right up. I think I would spring for some new Valterra # H03-0018 hose clamps. If you find that you have 3-1/2" connections (rather than 3") then the Valterra # F02-2103 coupler will be needed. Otherwise you will be ready for the Valterra # T18A waste valve.

  Hey Dirk, I'd love to explain the difference, a spigot is essentially just the male fitting and hub is the female fitting. The spigot will slide into a hub fitting and can be glued in place with some abs cement # A05-0303. The # T18 has a 3" Hub and 1-1/2" Hub The # T18A has a 3" Spigot and 1-1/2" Hub The # T18C has a 3" Hub and 1-1/2" Spigot Each of these have a 90 degree angle for the gray tank connection to black tank connection so it's important to make sure this design lines...

  So based on the picture you submitted and the dimensions you listed it looks like you need a dump valve that will fit into the 3-1/2 inch pipe (3 inch spigot) and then need a 1-1/2 inch pipe ot fit over your other valve (1-1/2 inch hub).
