how do I remove old valve system???

You have to cut off the old valves when replacing them like with the Double RV Waste Valves - Sanitation Tee - Rotating # T18A since the solvent used to install the valves creates a permanent connection. For solvent to install the new valves we have the Valterra ABS Solvent Cement # A05-0303.
