Works great on flat ground. I back my trailer into my rv parking next to my house then use the dolly to position it so I can open the side door and extend the steps. The angle of my driveway prevents me from using my truck to get the trailer in the correct spot.

I experience team work from different individuals who notified me of a shipment delay, later what other like products options that were available and finally the arrival date from the mfg of my ordered product and expected ship date.

It was a great cord, which we only got to use for one season. Unfortunately we were flood victims - losing or motorhome, and the cord was plugged in and underwater for several days/week. Due to concern that the cord integrity was compromised, we have disposed of it. When we purchase a replacement travel trailer/5th wheel or motorhome, we will return here to replace it!

Having come across etrailer during an online search, I ordered a fairly standard product from them, however much to my delight received not only the product as described but anything-but-standard service from them! I received an email to let me know that my product was on the way and afterwards, George personally sent me a followup email to make sure that I had received my product and offered to answer any questions about it. Quality materials. I especially liked the flexibility of the 10' extension cord and the handles on the ends make unplugging a snap. My 1200W 50 amp emergency generator is in need of a carb clean, and the power company notified me of a planned power outage for maintenance. I needed a quick conversion to 30 amp in order to use my 3100W RV generator as a backup and etrailer delivered my order in less than a week. I've been an etrailer customer for at least 10 years, Thanks etrailer for the great products and fast shipments.

Been using this 10 30AMP cord on a regular basis , it looks as good as new. Use it as a direct line from my gen and also as a extendision for my 50 30 amp cord from my garage when unit is home!
