AJ: What's up, everybody It's AJ with etrailer.com. Today we're going to be checking out this power cord adapter for your rig. It's going to take a 30 amp female end and convert that to a 15 amp male end. So what that means is you can plug it into your cord and now you can plug this into your garage or somewhere on your house. Let's check it out. We're going to plug it in here in our garage and then head inside and see if we got lights.

We do. So it's going to be able to power that just fine. And it'll also power our fridge, which would be important because maybe we can load it up the day before we leave, get it plugged into our garage, that way the fridge is nice and cooled down, and you can load it with the stuff you're taking with you for the weekend or forever how long you're going. That way it's going to be cold by the time you get there, because if you could just plug it in on your way there, it probably won't get cold in time. And then you're going to have warm drinks and stuff when you get to your destination. This way it's all ready to go, loaded up and cool before you even leave.

So clearly it's not meant to power your entire rig. It down converts that 30 amps to 15, to using your outlet. So you don't want to go running the AC unit, the coffee maker or the microwave all at the same time, that's going to be too much. It's just meant for you can power it up with some lights, you can get that fridge loaded. That way it's nice and cool when you get to your destination.

Well, thanks for hanging out. I hope this helped..

The most common inlet on a camper would be either a 30 or a 50 amp, depending on the size of the camper. I've tried doing research on your camper, and have mostly come up empty handed.
