Build an RV sliding cargo tray with this rail kit, a tray trim kit (sold separately), and plywood bottom (not included) to easily retrieve gear from your compartment. Included rails slide tray out so you don't have to crawl into your compartment.
Features:
Specs:
Pair this rail kit with a tray trim kit (sold separately) and a carpet-covered plywood bottom (not included) to create a complete slide-out tray for the cargo compartment in your RV or camper. The complete tray lets you store and organize camping and hiking gear, tools, and power cords, so your compartment doesn't become too cluttered. It also glides out when you need it so that you don't have to crawl into the dirty or cramped compartment in order to retrieve your belongings.
Determining Which Rail Kit and Tray Trim Kit You Need
To determine which rail kit you need, simply measure the overall inside length of your cargo compartment. Whatever measurement you get is the maximum length of the rail kit that you will need. For example, for this 22" rail kit, your cargo compartment shouldn't measure longer than 22". If your cargo compartment is longer than 22", you will need a SuperSlide I or SuperSlide II rail kit.
The tray trim kit you can use to complete your storage slide-out tray assembly is sold separately (LC380319). This trim kit measures 32" long, and it fits cargo compartment openings no smaller than 36". This ensures that the tray would have the proper clearance as it slides in and out.
This rail kit includes pre-assembled rail assemblies. First you will need to install all of the pieces of the tray trim kit (sold separately) to the rails. Then install the carpeted wood bottom to the rails with wood screws (not included) for a full-length tray floor.
Once the tray has been completely assembled, place it onto the floor of the cargo compartment, and make sure there's adequate clearance for the compartment door. Depending on your setup, you may need to raise the outer rails with 2x4s (not included). Once the tray is fully aligned, use the integrated mounting tabs on the rails and hardware (not included) to bolt it down.

There are precious few clear nights and even fewer windless nights. So I have to set up a wind block pretty much every time I go out. To anchor it I carry about 170 pounds worth of tent pole weights and place them on studio light stands, from my portrait studio, around which I stretch a 10x20 foot muslin fabric.
The weights are contained in a box I built for them that sits in the back corner of the pickup bed. The problem was that the weights are difficult to lift in and out when I had to reach so far into the bed. I needed a way to slide the box out onto the tailgate but, of course it is too heavy to move.
In my search for a solution, I came across the “Rail Kit for Kwikee RV Storage Slide Out Tray Assembly 22” Long-200 lbs. from etrailer.com. George and Hally C. were quick to respond and easy to work with. I’m in the process of finishing it off with a slick plastic piece to support the box as it slides backwards. The slides themselves are heavy duty and very smooth in operation.
I purchased this rail kit because none of the prefab trays fit my RV. This kit was the closest thing to my 27" deep hold. The write up from the manufacturer did not have the detailed measurements to allow me to pre-design the tray, like minimum height for slides, dimensions including slide inside rail to outside. When I got the slides, the product info provided no additional information. After measuring those dimensions I was able to design a tray and install the completed cargo tray. The slides are heavy duty and work well. I have no concern about capacity. The 100% travel is nice since my tray overhangs front and rear. The Rails have to be installed 1 inch behind the closed door to allow for the latch handle. Now, if they only made one 48" deep.
Good solid product and relatively easy to install. A couple of things to watch out for include, the height of the lip of the storage compartment. After installing mine, I found that the sliders were catching on the rubber seal of the compartment door. I had to uninstall everything and build a base that raised the sliders by an inch. The other problem I encountered was the locking mechanism, (located on the right slider) was catching on the power cables coming out of the side of the fridge. The locking mechanism is 'fixed' so I had to cut it off with a grinder and move it to the left slider. It would be advantageous if the lock could be easily moved without using a grinder! The pictures on this site show the lock on the right slider, but the installation instructions show it on the left slider. If there was an option to order either left or right when purchasing, I did not see it.
Good product and relatively easy to install. It is in a compartment that is under one of our slides and hard to access so this makes a difference.
This is second set of tracks I’ve bought from e trailer. Service and product is outstanding. We use the tracks in our real estate Auction mobile office. They slide in an Ouch effortlessly I highly recommend this product

I had to make some adjustments, but I was able to use your product to make my gen set slide in and out of my RV. This became very important because mice were chewing through my wiring. Now I can even run the get set in the out position. I can easily rewire any damage they cause. I can't tell you how much $ this has saved me. The first time I had damage, I had to take the unit out and take it to onen to fix for $ 2000. Hope this helps other people.
