Infrared LED Night Vision

LED Night Vision

This camera has 12 infrared LED night vision lights that produce a clear, quality picture and give you the flexibility to back up your RV in low-light conditions at dusk or in complete darkness at night.

Quad Screen Display

The quad screen display allows you to view up to 4 camera angles at once (additional cameras sold separately). Depending on your camera setup, you can view blind spots behind your RV or on each side of it while driving down the road or backing up.

Record Setting

The record setting allows you to record video onto an SD card (not included) for 1, 2, 5, or 10 minutes at a time. These short increments of video footage may be useful in the event of another vehicle accidently running into you while backing up or when navigating through a crowded parking lot.

If you want greater peace of mind while you're away from your RV, you can utilize this feature for surveillance purposes by simply choosing to repeat your recording time. Instead of 10 minutes, you can record for several hours or until your SD card is full.

Bought this after trying to find the camera system that went with new trailer. Fits the bracket, but power plug was reversed on trailer. Not that big of a deal to swap, but not plug and play either. Camera comes pre-paired with monitor but you have to remove the camera from bracket to reach the button if you need to pair it again (not fun bringing ladder out to do so). Picks up well sitting still as the surroundings help bounce signal to the monitor. Moving on the open road results in signal strength loss due to a lack of surroundings on the interstates. Read other reviews about this and bought a magnetic external antenna (any 2.4 ghz WiFi antenna has the same fitting). Camera was able to reach the monitor over 95% of the time with limited loss of signal. Did not try with antenna inside of truck as it takes up a lot of space on the dash. This was on my 42’ fifth wheel. Other con is the there is no picture adjustment on the monitor not a big thing but sometimes the picture needs a little tweak to me. 898962

This unit was purchased to provide a rear view when towing my travel trailer, for monitoring traffic directly behind and rear view assist when backing up. When it works, the image is good. Unfortunately, the image freezes and signal drops often between the camera and the receiver. The camera is mounted on the back of my travel trailer (23ft., pin to bumper) while the receiver/screen is mounted on the hump between the front seats of my pickup (extended cab with bed cap, not sure of length). Obviously this distance and amount of obstruction between the two components is too much. Also, often settings are lost, as suddenly I'll lose the mirror setting (necessary to see the same view one would see as looking in a rear view mirror) and be left with the disconcerting view of the lanes behind swapped left for right; selected camera view (4 possible, but I am only using one) also changes and doesn't accept my selection at random. When the unit is working, the view has an update rate (not true video), so that you see staggered motion, much like many have become accustomed to using Zoom or other applications for computer/ video conferencing; not a huge problem at slow speeds, but not reliable for safe judgement at highway speeds. My next step to make this thing work better is to extend the antenna in some fashion, for which further research is needed (and for which one star was added in this review). Don't expect help from the manual; its minimal, English -as-a-second-language format requires a great deal of self interpretation to glean the most basic operational concerns. I purchased this make specifically because my travel trailer was prewired for it and it was the recommended brand. So far a very unsatisfactory experience. 849325

I haven’t installed it yet. The wiring diagram leaves a bit to be desired. The diagram for the receiver shows three trigger wires with zero explanation as to what trigger wires are used for. I had to do my own research to figure them out. The blue wire in the diagram is labeled green and the green wire is labeled blue. Definitely confusing. 798124

Worst owners manual I have encountered! Also screen color and quality leaves a lot to be desired. No registration included. 764302

As always delivery was on time as promised, product was just what I ordered as recommend by etrailer. Installation was not as easy as shown for a plug and play unit. I have a Chapperrel 34' 5th wheel camper that was pre wired and was told this was the correct camera. I had to drill a small hole in bracket to feed the antenna wire through due to the company only providing a very short antenna extension. Once complete, Picture was clear and strong signal while sitting in yard. Haven't taken it out yet, but feel comfortable it will be fine with a full bar signal. I give it 4 stars due to installation. Took about an hour to install. 749156

  • Recommended Camera System for Truck and Trailer Viewing on Same Monitor
The Wireless Observation System w/ LED Monitor - 7" Screen # 324-000002 is able to utilize multiple cameras but it isn't the isn't the best wireless system. For a multiple camera system, I recommend the Furrion RV Observation Camera System w/ Monitor and Bracket - Wireless - 7" Screen # FOS07TASF or the 5 inch screen # FOS05TASF. Then for an additional camera with either of these systems you can use the Furrion Vision S Rear Camera w/ Sharkfin Bracket # FCN48TASF. If you are willing...

  • How to Pair Drive/Way Interglobal RV Observation Camera to Monitor
I checked with Drive and this is the pairing instructions they gave me for the part # 324-000002 that you referenced: To pair the camera with the monitor, the camera must be completely powered off. Go through the sync process on the monitor and when the Icon starts to flash then put power to the camera and it should pair up. The camera is normally wired into the running lights of the camper so to turn power off to the camper you should be able to just turn the running lights off.

The Drive Wireless RV Backup Camera System # 324-000002 that you referenced can fit your 2019 238 RK Gulfstream Ameri Lite but you would need to cut off the connector you sent a picture in to wire it to the included connector that comes with this kit. It's not difficult to do this at all but just an additional step.

The Wireless Observation System w/ LED Monitor - 7" Screen # 324-000002 is able to support multiple cameras. The system comes with one camera so you would need to purchase additional cameras as desired. I've attached a video of this product to further assist. Unfortunately we don't have any additional cameras to offer you at this time for the system. The Gulf Stream Vintage Cruiser like many other models are prewired for camera systems and if you already have the bracket and mount...

  • What Do Gridlines on Furrion Backup Camera # 324-000002 Represent
The gridlines of the Furrion Backup Camera Display like part # FOS05TASF do not represent an exact figure as this would vary based on the height the camera was installed and the angle the camera is pointing. In general it's to give you a frame of reference when looking behind you or backing up. Green means pretty close, yellow means a little too close, and red means you are probably making contact! See the picture I attached for more info as well as the review video link I attached.

  • Camera System With Multiple Cameras
There are not any additional cameras available for the Wireless Observation System # 324-000002; I strongly recommend instead going with the Rear View Safety Backup Camera System with Side Cameras and Quick Connect Kit # RVS-776614-213. This system has two cameras so you will always have a reliable view. If you want to add other cameras you can add # RVS-775L and # RVS-775R. The system comes with a 7" color monitor and the back up camera has a 130 degree viewing angle while the side...

  • Multi-Camera Back-up Camera System for 2019 Keystone Cougar 24SABWE Travel Trailer
Many of the "white-knuckle moments" experienced when towing can be prevented by a good camera system that gives you improved visibility at the rear and especially the passenger side of your RV. For a wireless option with one camera the Drive Wireless Observation System # 324-000002 is a good choice since it too has a generously-sized 7-inch monitor rather than one of the smaller types that can be harder to use especially when you have only an instant to glance at it.

  • Recommended Backup Camera to Observe Boat Trailer While Driving
To monitor your boat trailer while driving, I recommend looking at the Way Wireless Observation System # 324-000002. This is a great, wireless system that uses digital transmission to relay images from the camera. It features a nice full-color 7 inch LED monitor that will secure to your windshield or dash with the included suction cup mount. In order to use this as an observation system while you are driving you will simply need to wire it to a constant 12 volt power source on the vehicle...

  • Backup Camera System For An All Aluminium Gooseneck Cargo Trailer
You're correct that when mounting a wireless backup camera to an aluminum trailer, there is the potential for signal interference. This is really the case with any trailer when using a wireless system. We have found in these cases that mounting the camera towards one side of the trailer and having the monitor on the same side provides a much better signal to combat possible interference with aluminum barriers. The Swift Hitch Wireless Camera and Monitor # 04928 is one such solution...

  • Correct Backup Camera for Pre-Wired Gulf Stream Ameri-Lite
I was able to do some research and from the best of my knowledge, the Gulf Stream Ameri-Lite is pre-wired for a Way Interglobal backup camera, the Drive Wireless RV Backup Camera System part # 324-000002 (CL-718W-D). The trailer side will be plug-in-play if the trailer is pre-wired.

  • Can Vehicle's Camera Pre-Wiring be Used with Different Brand Camera Setup
The camera pre-wiring on newer campers is basically just a power wire ran from the trailer running light circuit and a ground wire present on a connector that will easily plug into a specific brand camera. • Does Trailer Pre-Wired for Furrion System Have to Use Furrion System
You don't absolutely have to use the Furrion Vision S system for your trailer that is pre-wired for Furrion systems, but there isn't one that will work without hardwiring like you wanted. So you would only be able to use one like the Drive # 324-000002 if you wired it into your running or reverse lights. This would surely be handy but it would mean lot of background work between the various manufacturers and none of them would want to deal with the troubleshooting issues.
