To attach the Quick Mount spacer between your roof rack leg and crossbar, you will use the flat washer, and spring washer originally included with the leg hardware. You will replace the leg's original socket head cap screw with the new screw included with the spacer kit.

Hi everybody. Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look at these roof rack leg spacer blocks for your Rhino Rack heavy duty crossbars. Now, the quick mount spacers that we have here, they're designed to help you properly fit your Rhino Rack heavy duty crossbars onto RLT 600 legs. Sometimes, those parts don't line up perfectly on their own, and that's where these spacers are going to come in. They're gonna create the correct amount of space, so everything's gonna mount securely and fit the way that it should.
Each spacer is five millimeters thick, which is going to give you just the right lift to ensure a proper connection between the crossbars and the legs. So this kit includes everything that you see here. You're going to get two spacer blocks, two cap screws, and two nuts, along with the little instruction sheet to guide you through the installation process. Again, these are designed to help you properly fit the Rhino Rack Heavy duty crossbars onto your RLT 600 legs. You happen to have any other questions, don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Really has come in handy as I installed this over my truck bed on top of a retractable bed cover that came with T -tracks. I can load the truck bed with smaller items and use the roof racks to hold a Thule box or just strap on heavy and larger items. Great product.
Everything appears to be in order and the delivery went flawless. I have yet to install the mounts on my Yakima tracks, however, so we’re still waiting for the final verdict.
