If I were to purchase Item # RRRCP27-BK and Item # RRRCL2, would you recommend Item # RRQMHD05 to be used in connection with Item # RR43196 to establish a levelinch surface for mounting to Item # RRRCL2? Trying to set up mount for CB/HAM radio WITHOUT using crossbars.

The Custom RCP Fit Kit for 4 Rhino-Rack RC and RV Series Roof Rack Legs - Fixed Mounting Points # RRRCP27-BK is a confirmed fit for your 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee with E Group package. This is designed to fit Rhino-Rack RCL Legs # RRRCL4 or half set # RRRCL2. and then use # RRVA126B-2 or # RRVA126B.
The Antenna Mounting Bracket # RR43196 is intended for use on the channel of the crossbars or platforms but could be mounted to one of the RCL legs with some basic hardware adjustments. It has not been tested for that fit, so I recommend using a single crossbar and 1/2 set of legs for your fit.
